very nice people up to the moment you buy something! Very good brands and furniture but Afterwards customer service is one of the most terrible I have ever received! Over one year waiting to sort it out a kitchen issue and many other jobs left not completed! moreover still waiting for some money refund which they promised me and I haven t seen yet!
Horrible company. We received a damaged chair in jan. 2023, and wanted to return the poor quality product but they refused, stating it was custom work.
Custom work? The chairs we didn't want are just sold to everyone on their site.
After we finally gave up asking for a return, it took this company almost half a year to replace the chair. And when they did, the replacement wasn't the chair as shown on their site. I have a long communication thread over months and months with this company documenting this train wreck of an experience.
Purchased from them a table and n. 4 chairs. For both items delivery time reported on their webeite was 2_3 weeks. Actual delivery time: over 2 months
This is a review from Copenhagen Denmark. We have purchased a heavy cabinet 80kg from Abitare. We found the shop on google because Danish retailer does not have the product in stock (6months waiting). The amount of negative review has put us very hesitant, but decided to purchase anyway. And it turned out a great experience, Marco has been very helpful throughout, the cabinet is delivered by DACHSER in 2 weeks and 10% cheaper than I would get it from a Danish retailer.
Definitely a 5 star experience, and I will surely shop again in the future
