SCAMMERS AVOID AT ALL COST

Advertise a cut price suit then say they haven't got the size asked for a refund told to wait 7-14 working days,that has now passed and now avoiding emails.AVOID AVOID AVOID shame you have to give a one star more like minus 1

Terrible Service - Good luck getting a refund!

Bought a suit in early September which turned up with the sizing miles out. Ordered a replacement which was better but the trouser sizing was still way off.

Customer Services at Abitto were initially very responsive when discussing potential orders but stopped replying when discussing refunds or exchanges. At the time their phone number also dead ended to a dial tone....very suspicious! What company completely ignores emails when they owe you hundreds of pounds? Not one I'll be dealing with in future, absolutely awful service.

I had a similar experience to others who have posted. Sent the first suit back (at my own expense) and was initially told a refund would be issued after 7-14 working days. They stopped responding to any of my emails when they breached that period. I have now claimed the money back via my credit card.

I won't even waste my time trying to return the ill fitting trousers from the second suit. I'll take them to a tailor (again at my expense!) and see what can be done with them.

If you're considering buying anything from Abitto do yourself a favour and go somewhere else. Either that or roll the dice with their random sizing and be prepared to go through the paperwork of credit card claims in the high chance you need a refund!

Recieved suit far too big

Recieved suit far too big, horrible cut, cheap material. Returned at own expense, told refund would be processed on 10th of October. Didn't recieve. Chased and was told on 22nd it take 7 to 14 working days. Today is the 15th November and still awaiting refund so I have raised with my bank as this is totally unacceptable fraudulent behaviour. Customer service attitude changed from kind and helpful to blunt, rude and now non existent since requesting return! AVOID this company at all costs!!!

Terrible Customer Service

Extremely poor customer service. Ordered a suit for a wedding, item was held up with the courier and returned back to Abitto. I had informed them that I no longer wanted the order as I had sorted a suit elsewhere, but they sent it back out anyway. I notified them that I was intending on returning the item within 14 days as per their terms and conditions, however, they said that the terms and conditions weren't met and have sent the item back out to be delivered to me again.
Communication from them is extremely poor. They seem to ignore anything you say in your emails.

Suit was to big,ringing is not a good…

ABITTO SUIT was to big,ringing is not a good idea.....need to sort that out to be honest .
That said returned the suit,Rachel or her company altered it....
Aweek later I got my suit back which was outstanding thanks Rachel.
It's fits nicely...

Bought suit for daughters wedding

Bought suit for daughters wedding. Because of short notice we spent £19.99 for next day delivery. The sizing was wrong and spent another £19.99 getting a replacement suit. We then returned original suit awaiting our refund in September . We are still awaiting refund and have sent several emails and messages. We are now in the process of engaging legal advice. There is no costumer service. Avoid.

The suit took over 3 weeks from order…

The suit took over 3 weeks from order to be delivered. The suit material felt cheap and was not as described on the website. A 32 short leg was a long leg and although I emailed within the 14 days and just because they didn’t pick the email up until after the 14 day window they are trying to refuse a refund. The service is shocking. It’s a scam. DO NOT USE

Fraudulent behaviour

I will be happy to change this review if I receive my promised refunds, but right now I have been waiting over a month with no responses to phone, live chat or email when I was told to only wait 7-14 days. How does this behaviour not seem fraudulent?

Don’t trust

Suit was very average, cuts were terrible and have ignored my refund for a month now. Sent back the suit unworn, ignored emails and no response and now I’ve been waiting a month for a refund and zero communication and no refund. Will be raising a claim with the ACCC and Ombudsman

Don't buy from this company - non existent customer service

I purchased a jacket and waistcoat from Abitto as their website showed a nice selection of well fitted suits, jackets and waistcoats etc. From the first stage of purchasing the jacket and waistcoat as well as paying extra for quick delivery, they failed to deliver items on the day they promised. No emails to explain why, so had to chase via their chat window, no apologies.

When the items arrived, they weren't right for me, not a great fit and colour was different to the pictures on the website. No big issue, it happens, I can just return the items which I did at my own expense to ensure they got back. I had an email confirmation to say they'd received the items stating the refund process would be completed within 14 working days. That was a month ago and still no refund. The chat window has been updated to only allow you to email them and the only response you get is an automated reply stating they will respond within 24hrs, which they haven't. I'm now on my 3rd email to them and still no refund.

Don't be fooled by the decent looking website, their customer service is non-existent, they don't respond to emails and if you have to send anything back, good luck.

2 months and still no suit

I ordered a suit for my wedding 2 months in advance. I have now been married for 2 days and have yet to receive the suit I purchased.
When I did manage to get through to customer service they tried placating me and promised that it would arrive before the wedding.
Absolutely terrible company.

Order 2x suits the same as i wasn’t…

Order 2x suits the same as i wasn’t sure about the size trying to be organised 😳 the came but not in the time frame paid for but they were nice and good quality I had to get the one I kept adulterated to the cost of £240 but the end result was very dapper the one I sent back I had to wait 6-7 weeks for a refund but I did get the money back all in all I was satisfied as the event I used it for was excellent and I thought I looked the part

Avoid!

Avoid! Like the reviews before me, ordered a suit it turned up and was too large. I returned as per their return policy, received an email saying the refund would be forthcoming from ‘Rachel’. That was mid September, still no refund.

Late delivery, wrong size, very slow refund

The suit arrived 5 weeks after I ordered it, and only after I had chased Abitto. The jacket was far too big, and not the size I had ordered. I returned it straight away, and have been promised a refund. However, over 2 months later, I have yet to receive it

Total scam

Total scam! I ordered last week with the 2 day delivery and a week later no suit, no dispatch and no contact from customer services despite sending emails and messaging on Instagram. The number on their website doesn't exist and the online chat service does nothing. Please avoid!

Update! After posting this review the suit was mysteriously dispatched. Despite paying for delivery in 2/3 days I received the suit over a week later and too late for the function I was attending. The suit itself is of horrendous quality. Cheap synthetic material with generic labels all in Chinese. Please do avoid this company at all costs and spend your money elsewhere.
