Poor workmanship and warranty
Had used Able Plumbing previously and been happy with the work, so called them in to fix a worn ball-cock valve on central heating expansion tank in loft. A simple job. We came back after a weekend away to find the joint had leaked flooding the loft and damaging the bedroom ceiling. This was caused because no sealing washer had been used in the joint. The plumber refused to accept full responsibility and only refunded £59 of the £70 fee I initially paid (in cash). Repairs to the ceiling and materials cost over a further £250 which we had to fund. Would never use or recommend this trader again.
