We have just had a tweed 4 seater chesterfield and 2 chairs absolutely beautiful...perfect in every way would recommend every time, will not sho anywhere else for a chesterfield Mr & Mrs G

We have the Tweed Chesterfield, with tan leather and wooden feet. It is the most beautiful sofa I have ever seen. I bloody love it. It oozes quality and style. You can tell it’s hand crafted just by looking at it. It’s proper furniture that, I believe, will last a lifetime.
I can’t describe how elated we are with it. I love it.
Customer service was first class. The delivery drivers unwrapped it on our living room, installed the feet, put it in place for us, and took the rubbish with them.
I recommend them to anybody.

Ordered tan leather chesterfiled snuggle seat from Oswald & Pabloe (abode Sofas) Chair quality is absolutley amazing so far and we are delighted with the product.

Fantastic sofa, really good quality. Looks really good in the crushed velvet.

Having had my heart set on a peacock blue velvet chesterfield sofa, I had found one similar to what i wanted on Sofology for nearly £4k. My husband then found Oswald & Pablo online... I fell in love instantly with the styles and the colours available. I ordered colour swatches as they do varying velvets, very helpful to have free swatches and they arrived really quickly. We went for the larger corner sofa in Myst Velvet Peacock and then an armchair with footstool in house velvet Ocean navy. All ordered fine, unfortunately our order was due to be delivered in lockdown so understandably it was delayed a few weeks, However we were contacted and kept up to date and a suitable delivery date was arranged, Sofa and chair/footstool are absolutely beautiful, the colours are perfect. The furniture is so well made and I could not be more pleased with the quality and service. They are works of art. I would definitely look to order more from this company and I am so glad we spent our money supporting a smaller British business. Would definitley recommend.

Absolutely thrilled with our order. Customer service, quality and delivery all completely faultless. Would give 100 stars if I could. Can not recommend highly enough and would buy from them again without hesitation.

Rude. Ignorant. Never respond to any contact of if they do its takes weeks. Just don't seem interested in selling anything bespoke if it not the premade ones off Ebay they don't care

Disgusting service I have been waiting for a refund for 3 months.

Paid a deposit back in September and was given a 6wk lead time.
I received 7 different delivery slots and each time the sofa didn’t arrive and neither did I receive any calls explaining why, I had to chase them each time but as the rest of the bad reviews on here was told lie after lie. On the 21st dececember 3 months after placing the order I told them I wanted a full refund as they were in breech of contract.
I still haven’t received my refund after being fobed off each time, I’ve made over 1000 calls and today was sworn at!!!
I will now be taking the legal route and leaving bad reviews to warn others where ever I can.

Fanastic personal service and delivery. We now proudly display 3 Abode sofas over both our bridal boutiques and receive compliments on them daily. They photograph so well!

The sofas are absolutely beautiful. We were a bit nervous ordering over the internet having not seen them but we are really pleased with the quality.

We could not rate this company enough, we love our new sofa, cuddle chair and foot stool, they have exceeded all expectations. The communication was fantastic and even though we asked for something different to the norm they made it very easy. I would definitely recommend them and will be making future purchase.

Stumbled across this company on the internet . Took the chance and WoW amazing products. Amazing quality delivery on time plus a courtesy call about an hour away. Also ordered a bespoke footstool to match the sofa we purchased same again excellent quality and match perfect.. would highly recommend this company Josh your a star and your company rocks 👍👍👍👍👍

I can understand why this company gets a bad rap in some reviews.
And in truth I was a little sceptical when I placed my order.

Yes - they can be hard to get hold of
Yes - they can be a little relaxed with their approach
Yes - they may be seen as a little rough around the edges

but here's the thing

I took the time to visit their unit - which from the outside is no polished gem.
But inside it is a hive of industry - There is a rake of people that seem to know what they are doing.
There is a pile of stock and equipment that shows solvency.
The main guy (sorry cant remember his name) is a wealth of information, obviously knows his trade inside out and takes pride in what he does.
He promised us a date that was below their current lead times to make sure we had it for a family party.
The big question - are we pleased with the sofa - it is more than what we expected - gorgeous; seems well made at a really reasonable price - and it turned up when they said it would.

I'd love to give this review five stars, but in this modern world, they miss the mark on a couple of things - but they are not trying to be DFS - who when asked to help out in this case, were absolutely useless.

Would I use Abode again - yes.

I originally gave this review 4 stars, but have changed it to five as sometimes I feel we all just expect to much

Over the moon, so delighted with the chair. I’ve spent a few months looking for the right chair, I couldn’t not recommend them enough. Great little find. 👍🏻

From meeting Josh in the factory, which helped us choose the right sofas & chair through to delivery and quality we couldn’t recommend them enough.

Months of my time have been wasted by Abode, I cannot possibly recommend anyone to use their services. Despite wanting to place an order and give them money they have stopped all communication and will not answer email, landlines or mobiles.

Whilst i hope this isn't due to some sort of accident, it has now wasted months of my time from the back and forth (with their standard 1week delay between emails). This is time i could have spent with another sofa company placing an order with them instead.

Avoid Abode!
