This is the worst cosmetic company I’ve ever purchased from. The customer service within this company is nonexistent. I made an order in the processing time on the website says between 7 to 10 business days. It took a month for me to get the shipping confirmation. They posted twice that all orders were shipped out and both times when I reached out I was ignored. In total I reached out about 5 different times. I called, emailed and I tried to get in contact over social media. They deleted my comments and concerns on their Instagram. I didn’t receive any update on my order until after I contacted my credit card company.

Just talking about the product for a second it’s very, very dry and patchy. I don’t like the actual product which isn’t a huge deal because I found exact color replacements from more reputable companies with a formal I like more. I reviewed the products honestly after they emailed asking for a review and they deleted it from their site. Very dishonest way of running a business.

If you Google Aboni Cosmetics you’ll see that there are quite a few people that I’ve had this issue and I also spoke with someone on Reddit who was going through the same issue at the same time that I was.

Honestly I’m shocked how terrible this company is Run. With their prices if they took more time on customer service and filling orders they could be a better company.

This "business" is a joke. The owner is unprofessional and the customer service is nonexistent. The lipsticks were gooey and water-y, sheer, streaky, and not the colors advertised in photos. You also get very little product as the tubes are tiny and one lipstick wasn't completely filled. Stay away from this "store", there's a reason why there's barely any reviews. The site's ETA is 5-10 business days, but I was waiting well over 20 business days for my order to ship. I ordered on Jan 17th and emailed on Jan 30th after the original ETA had passed. After 2 days with no answer through email, I messaged the owner on instagram about my order and was told to "wait until tomorrow". 1 day passes with no reply on any platform, so I send another email. No surprise, they don't check their email, 1 more day passes, so this time I send another instagram message. I finally get an answer after waiting 2 days, but it's only "Your order will be shipped this week!". No definite answer, no apology, no explanation why it is taking so long to ship my order. Even after she said that, it took an additional week to ship. She makes labels a week before actually shipping an order. It is ridiculous that the customer has to message the owner on instagram just to get a reply, because she doesn't check her business email. The customer shouldn't have to repeatedly message about their order for the seller to get working on it, let alone on instagram rather than a business email. Also, the prices on the products change constantly. There was a lipstick sale for $2.99, which was then lowered to $2.50, $2.00, $1.99, and finally $1.50. These prices only changed in a matter of days and each previous cost post was deleted on their instagram, which is a big red flag. I've also seen "pre-orders" go from $5.99 to a $2.50 in a day. As someone who paid one of these higher-end prices, I was annoyed, especially since you can't cancel your order. I bought a lipstick at $2.99 and the price kept lowering until it was only $1.00. I bought 2 other lipsticks originally $2.99 and they kept lowering until $1.99. This just makes the owner look desperate to unload stock, and it's just bad business practice to keep prices constantly fluctuating daily. Do not trust reviews on the website! I tried to submit multiple 1 star reviews and all were deleted by the seller.

I ordered a lipstick on September 12th 2018, and never received it. I got the notification saying it had been prepared for shipping, but never the one that it had been shipped. When I reached out to the business' customer service center a few days after the day it was supposed to arrive, I never received a response. I had to escalate the situation to a PayPal refund claim to get any kind of answer from the business, and then they only said that the lipstick I ordered was only available for pre-order, which it most definitely was not when I placed the order. There was no guarantee that I would ever receive said item. TLDR: I never got the item, and I had to bring PayPal into the situation and make a report with the better business bureau to even get my 6 dollar refund. Not worth it.
