Flawed Order System/Poor Service

Flawed Order System/Poor Service. As a new customer, I placed an order with Absolut Elyx for the first time on May 9. I used a $15 off referral code that Absolut sent me. I also placed a second order for which I paid full price. Absolut offered me 40% off if I placed a third order so I did. Several days later, Absolut cancelled all 3 orders without explanation. After several attempts to reach customer service, they sent an email accusing me of faking the referral they sent me. I sent them copies of their referral as well as the name of the customer who referred me
I'm still waiting for a response and an explanation.
