Two careless translation errors in one page
Very simple information was mistranslated in an important document. I get the impression that the work could have been outsourced to freelance translators for this language pair, with little or no in-house proofreading or quality control. Certainly does not meet professional standards. Waste of time and money.

Error-strewn translation
Very disappointing standard of professionalism involved in my translation of important marriage certificate documents for a passport change. There were multiple misspellings of key names which could have had huge rammifications for our application had I not spotted them. There didn't seem to be any rigorous proofreading or care taken, and there was no apology or acknowledgement from the translator after I notified them of these errors. I would have expected a partial refund, if not a full refund, due to the poor standard of work provided, but the organisation were unwilling to do anything. Admittedly they did promptly rectify their mistakes, and communication was strong throughout the process. However, if you are looking for a thorough, accurate and error-free translation, I would strongly advise to look elsewhere.

Great customer experience
The person I spoke to initially was very helpful and explained the options. I received the quotes that afternoon. The actual translation happened very quickly and I received an emailed version and one in the post. The posted document was beautifully presented. All in all they were amazing and translated a medical letter from English to Japanese in an amazingly short period of time. Fantastic service!
