Great product, will buy again!

Great clothing & I have to say I’m impressed with the speed of delivery. I was a bit hesitant with the reviews I have seen, but I couldn’t recommend anymore! Exceeded expectations

I have tried to get in touch numerous of times and still cant get a proper response,
I had placed an order for two Items and it hasn't been delivered. Any time I tried to get in touch, I was ignored. That is through Instagram, Email and Shopapp. When I finally got in touch I had been informed that the order is on its way One Item from my order that is. When I was asking in confusion why one When I ordered two and clearly stating information on paid order number two items. I had continued to be ignored. Now I still have lost out on My Items and my Hard earned money.
And to think I wanted to work with this brand..

These bunch are total scammers. Item looked nothing like advertised. Emailed them to send it back, they offered a refund then followed up saying they are looking into it, then nothing. £30 lost.

This deserves less than 1 star. Ordered over 6 weeks ago, emailed after 2 weeks to be told it had been dispatched but have not received anything. Now they will not answer emails despite me asking for a refund. Will be claiming through section 75 to get my money back.

Don’t buy from here!! Clothing looks nothing like the picture, cheap disgusting material, gilden or fruit of the loom is better than this!! after countless emails, they replied saying,

Not even offering a refund i pushed back and they said i could send it back to them. After paying £5 postage out of my own money it got refused and sent back to me!! Now I haven’t heard anything since I sent it off about a month ago. Absolutely disgusting company, writing this so no one else gets scammed!!

Items are nothing like advertised, Don't buy anything from this company. When emailing to request a return they didn't even reply. Complete waste of money !!!

advertised some good quality looking hoodie but got sent a cheap aliexpress hoodie. emailed them multiple times, kept replying they will look into it and reply me back. continued emailing them and keep ignoring my emails. massive scam. disgusting service

Scam, false advertisement. Ordered a washed look purple hoodie and received a cheap Chinese packages bright purple hoodie!

No reply from my emails to refund

Update: got a reply asking me to send the hoodie back and wait for a refund so posted the item and have had nothing. No reply. company is a scam

My son ordered a hoodie & paid out of his money. Told a delay in shipping, still waiting for the delivery. They have given him £15 off his next order. Receiving what he actually paid for would be a start. They can keep their £15 offer. Would never order again!!! Now with the bank for a chargeback

SCAMMM HORRIBLE COMPANY!! DO NOT TRUST THEM, THEY TOOK MY MONEY AND NEVER SENT THE PARCEL!! DISGUSTING!

Took over 2 weeks for them to ship my order with no response after emailing over 3 times as it was a gift.

Order came and looks nothing like the product images and video. Not 340gm probably one of the cheapest products i have ever received they wouldn't even sell this in Primark. It's 100% polyester.... it's never seen cotton.

Emailed twice more for a return address and refund but nothing until i kept commenting on their posts. They eventually reached out over DM.

Opened a dispute with my bank due to them not refunding me even after sending the item back. They are now ignoring my bank and refusing to resolve the issue.

Just scammers really.

UPDATE:Got a response, got sent tracking and tracking said it was from China so I already was expecting bad quality, then the hoodie arrived and it’s far worse than I imagined. Unfortunately I can’t upload photos but extremely cheap made looks NOTHING like the orginal, not even acid wash just shiny and obviously plastic, shape is completely different not the slightest bit baggy, fibres easily coming off micro plastics everywhere smells very plasticky and how I could tell this isn’t even the slightest thing I ordered was there was a draw string which isn’t in the photo. This is completely different people aren’t stupid I don’t know what this brand was expecting.

It’s been 7 days since I ordered two hoodies and they have not sent me any confirmation of shipping.

I will always try to give a company the benefit of the doubt as I know it’s a hard thing to do but if the delivery times are taking longer than expected, communication always goes a long way.

I actually commented on their TikTok video that I still hadn’t received confirmation of shipment yet and they have since disabled comments on the video…

If you’re thinking about buying from this company, in my humble opinion, you should avoid it unless you’re willing to throw your money down the drain or if you’re lucky wait a long time to receive the clothes you ordered.

Shame.

Ordered on the 6th as I saw an ad for the hoodie, I wanted it before valentines so had 8 days for item to be shipped, and it says that shipping will take 3-5 days, item wasn’t shipped within 4 days and said “been placed” on the shop app, sent an email inquiring about this, got a response, my ONLY response I have gotten throughout this which just said “your order is continuously in progress, status hasn’t been updated don’t worry item will be delivered soon” I knew that wasn’t true as I’ve seen the bad reviews of people waiting MONTHS when shipping said 3-5 days, which is absolutely ridiculous, also in the email it wasn’t stated that my item had actually been SHIPPED, so I’ve asked for a tracking number and if not provided I want a refund, or else I will have to write this review of how much of a waste of time and money this company is and I will soon be going through the app shop and my bank to get my refund which couldn’t of just been handed to me as my item hasn’t been shipped and won’t be for months. Obviously I haven’t received a response back and it’s the night before valentines so why say I don’t have to worry and it will be shipped soon? Just a lying deceiving company. I didn’t check the reviews before buying as the ad looked legit but I really wish I did now.
Things could of easily been resolved by a refund because of misinformation about shipping time, while my order is still labelled as JUST PLACED, but I see that this company is clearly a scam now and only cares about money, which won’t get them far gaining such a bad reputation.
The only good reviews are clearly fake and written by brand ambassadors who have been told to.

UPDATE 2: Refund.
Started a case with my bank and practically received my refund as soon as I sent the evidence off, so there is hope.

I became an ambassador with Absurd Clothing. Upon placing my first order, it still hadn’t arrived after 2 months. I emailed in and they sent me a replacement package. Another month goes by and I haven’t received my package. I tried to reach out again but my emails were never responded to. When I reached out to my Absurd Clothing contacts on Instagram, I was almost immediately blocked. $300 down the drain and my bank wouldn’t dispute the charges either.
