We have been happy with Aberdein Considine staff that we have had communication with. We met Jessica when she came to our house and found her a very pleasant person, easy to talk to and we loved the photographs she had taken during the appointment. Girls in the office we have spoken to were really nice which definitely puts you at ease. All and all we are glad our son put us in touch with Aberdein Considine.

All the staff were friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help with every aspect of my house sale. For what is often a stressful time the service provided made the process really straightforward. I would definitely recommend Aberdein Considine for a fast and efficient service.

Apologies to the staff at Peterhead for the delay but yes moving house is always filled with endless unpacking and decorating. What can I say… from start to finish the team were absolutely fantastic. They did everything to not only sell our home but to help us find our dream cottage. The amount of homes they found us to view that met/almost met all our criteria was just fab. Honestly never want to move again now in our dream home but if I did I would 100% use and recommend these guys. A really really lovely team that work together really well. Thankyou

We recently sold our property near Banchory using Aberdein Considine estate agency and legal services. The whole sale process was conducted efficently and satisfactorily, given the slow market conditions prevalent during 2025. Particular mention to the estate agency team in Banchory, and Sarah Macintyre (AC Aberdeen) who provided the legal conveyencing service. All requests and queries were answered quickly and efficently, and enabled a simultaneous sale of our Scottish house with completion of our new property in England to be achieved.

Fantastic, efficient and very friendly service from Samantha and Amy.

My wife and I needed to complete 'Power of Attorney' for each of us. Samantha fully explained, in clear jargon free language, the detail of the requirements and how the POA works. The fees for both POAs were also provided.

We never felt rushed and both my wife and I felt far more wiser after the initial face-to-face meeting.

In due course we received full drafts of the POA documents, with a final meeting at Aberdein Considine office to sign the final documents.
