Complete Fraud!!

Friend used this company, and 100% scam. Woulda been their first loan and was need for the money so were pretty desperate. Was approved and was asked to pay £500 up front and that the amount would be in their account within the 24 hours. Paid the £500, 24hours went by and nothing so contacted them asking whats happened? They then asked for a further £300 for the first payment then the amount of the loan would be transferred. Asked to cancel the application and get a refund for the £500 was told this would be done and the refund would be again in the next 24hours. Called after the 24hours had passed and was told by the same person application wouldn’t be able to be cancelled, now left in a stalemate not knowing what she can doing.
Complete scammers!!! Avoid!!

99% chance is a scam company - but didnt send money so dont know for sure

Rang me up knowing my details but I had not given them my details. Claimed they had found them on google. Previous day I had put details into other websites and the loan amount I was looking for. They knew the amount I wanted to borrow. Said I could get a non-guarantor loan but needed to pay £149 for what they need to pay the insurance company in case I not pay. said website was www. accessloan.co.uk and address was cheshire, oxford house, oxford rd, mecklestreet, sk11 8hs and said could visit their office, but I could not find their business on google. I asked why they had no reviews on the website and why they had a review on here saying they were a scam asking for money before paying the loan, and he said because people pretend to be them and they give bad reviews. he also said it was a good thing for me to not have reviews, and I said no, I like to read reviews before buying.
Did not send any money so I dont know if is a scam company but from the responses they looked very desperate and kept emphasising that I couldnt get a loan from a bank for the amount I wanted and that I could get the money in my account in 30 minutes.
I say dodgy and dont risk it.
