I am extremely dissatisfied by the costumer service. They created lots of confusion and the information wasn’t clear. The storage they offered me was pretty dirty. I have to clear it myself. Also there is no clear communication between people who work there. I was asked to fill a form ”100” times and actually everything had tö been done via the app but
No one told me this
I kindly ask for late access and on second round with full car the storage was locked.
I called emergency number they didn’t told me that it is closed by 9 pm but that I can access it only once. Honestly if I had time I would move out straight away.
The price is really high for
Really bad service. Unfortunately I won’t recommend it to anyone else and I will move my personal belongings before 3months because it doesn’t worth
The money I am spending.

The store has since spoken with you to explain that extended access was provided, and that this access runs until 9 pm. We appreciate that this was not clear at the time, and the store manager has reinforced the importance of clearly explaining extended hours and access limitations to all team members to prevent this happening again.
We are also sorry to hear about the cleanliness of the unit and the repeated form filling, and your feedback has been taken on board. The team genuinely believed they were supporting you throughout the process, and they remain committed to helping resolve any outstanding concerns.

We have used Access storage Balham on and off for many years and are very pleased! The staff are always polite, friendly and officiant. Our possessions are well looked after and security is tight! The light bulb in our unit wasn't working the other day and was changed immediately by the manager, Peter. We wouldn't go anywhere else!
