So far, so good. I've just had to phone up once so far to check a third party email I received, but otherwise, very clear and helpful.

They are very very quick with responding and very willing to hear your point , they are always keeping me up to date with what’s going on

Up to now they have been fine. Bearing in mind I have only phoned them a couple of times, all seems well. First initial call to them was hard because the line wasn't the best and the lady at the other end wasn't that clear. The second call to them was better as the line was a lot clearer. They then called me to go through the statement I had made to them and that was good. The man I spoke to, took me through the form I had to sign, I made a couple of changes to my statement and it was good. The proof of the pudding as to how good they are depends on the outcome of the case and how long it is going to take.

I've been kept informed of everything that's happening regarding my claim and everyone I've spoken to has been very professional .
