AVOID AVOID AVOID Ordered Srixon golf balls, paid over £40, they were supposed to be Pearl/ Grade A, they weren’t, after a few shots with each ball they had scuff marks, quite a few came with marks on before they were used, whatever they coat the balls with soon comes off .Just check the other 1 star reviews😱😱😱😱Dreadful arrogant customer service. AVOID AVOID AVOID

They sent an order of 24 balls which were supposed to be Pearl/A grade, but 3 have visible scuff marks. I asked for a pro-rata refund, but I was told that I would have to send the entire order back. Not only is this a waste of my time, which would have been avoided had they actually checked the products they are shipping, but it's also commercially illiterate as it's going to cost them more money to refund the order + 2x delivery charges.

My cynical view is that their returns policy is designed to stop people actually making returns.

Unsurprisingly I won't be using them again.

Ordered 40 balls
17 where well below A grade) questionable “B” at best. When they thought it was a few balls happy to refund or discount off next order - when it was 17 all balls had to be returned. Needed the balls for a golf weekend so not in a position to reorder and from other reviews it seems the return is never received.
Can’t fault the communication from the company - but the quality of the items received leaves a lot to be desired - won’t order from here again - order over £100 and about £40 of the order is no use to me at all

Awful service. Ordered 2 dozen Pro V1x but was sent Pro V1s by mistake. Was told to return them but Royal mail was unable to deliver (twice). Tried phoning daily for nearly 2 weeks but no answer. Maybe they've gone bust.

Straightforward order and delivery process.
I ordered Chrome Tour Pearl balls.
Four of the balls had significant pen marks and should not be regarded as Pearl standard.

I ordered 24 ‘Pearl Grade’ Callaway Chrome Tour balls expecting to see nice and clean balls but what I received had marker lines, logos and chips in more than half in the box. Very disappointed so contacted seller but they said I have to return the entire balls to get refund, which was too big hassle for me so I gave up. I would never want to use Ace Golf Balls again.

Great, fast service and always top quality balls. I always go for the pearl grade balls and you can hardly tell they’re not brand new. Half the price of new balls so brilliant value.

The quality of the pearl geade balls is not as good as other competitors . I would say only half of the 24 I purchased are pearl grade and the remainder are a more like “a” grade

All as new. Some with logos and the odd one with marker pen dots etc. otherwise why buy new ones?

The personal service from this company has been great. Initially, I received the wrong golf balls but this was rectified after I contacted them. Communication was excellent and I thank Simon for making things right. I would definitely purchase from them again.

I have used this company on quite a few occasions, and have always been very impressed. The quality of balls is superb, why pay a fortune for new balls when you can get them for half the price. Once again I am very impressed with service and quality, keep up the good work.
