No withdraw on AceLucky
I went onto AceLucky, a South African online casino, and made a deposit but then changed my mind. I went to withdraw the R1000.
It asked me to do the usual verifications which are marked as accepted on my account.
I received an email confirmation for the withdraw on 04 May 2026. I did not get my funds. When I contacted them they said my proof of residence was not accepted. On my account it is accepted and I cannot load another document.
I have tried contacting them twice again, but they are ignoring my mails. It is now 18 May 2026
