Going extra mile
After providing feedback about what was substituted in a gift basket I recieved immediate response to investigate the matter. The resolution and the timely manner in which it was resolved ( delivering to my friend the item I had expected at no extra cost) was impressive. The level of customer service from the team members is a delight and I would certainly rate the company highly.

I found this company by pure accident and didn't trust it at first. But then I read couple of positive reviews online and since they were offering a free delivery it was a deal breaker for me. They successfully delivered my gift last Thursday and everything went just perfect. My recipient was very pleased with the quality of the gift and the service in general. I will definitely come back with more orders.

Great service with free delivery
This company is new for me but I can't be more satisfied with the whole experience. I needed a romantic gift for my loved one who is currently abroad and I came across this service. Knowledgeable and helpful customer support promptly answered all my questions and kept me updated throughout the whole process. Placing the order online was very easy and I was happy to find out that they offer a free delivery. No other hidden stones or fees that was nice. Highly recommend to anyone.
