I just bought Ace PDF Pro, so I don't have much to say about the product yet. I'll resubmit my honest opinion after I've used it for awhile.

But service is top notch. I had an issue with reinstallation and they responded very quickly with no hassle. I look forward to using their product.

Great support system. I got into some trouble after updating to Sequoia and the problem was solved within minutes.

David Weigert was super and helped me when I transferred my subscription to new computer when I lost my license key.

Tried this program, but got a black screen. No energy to try it further.

My name is Pedro, it's been a few years since I bought my first product. The quality and ease of use of the Logo product translated into a sequence of other digital products, of different usefulness but unchanged quality. But in fact, the company's biggest difference is in post-sales customer support, which in most cases does not follow the same commitment prior to selling and paying for the product. Acethinker, in some way, seems to consider the post-purchase customer as part of the company, given the ease of contacting the company, added to the agility, attention and efficiency, which in my case translate into 100% of demands always being resolved within a range of Such a brief time, sometimes I would say immediate. It was in this extremely trustworthy environment that today I consider there to be a partnership whose striking difference and trust go far beyond a simple customer-product-company purchasing relationship. Congratulations, not as a compliment, but as recognition, speak for me.

Just lovin' it and super satisfied with the software and service

Only works about 50% of time no matter what settings you use. Also, support is non-existent. You get what you pay for.

I had a problem reinstalling my lifetime license product on 2 PCs.
I whipped off an email (to the other side of the world from Australia).
Next morning, there were the instructions, clear as water, accurate as a pin-like mark that doesn't start with "pri%%" but happens when a pin is jammed into something (I'm making up analogies here, but the instructions were clear and precise).
Everything's fixed. I wish every tech support desk was this responsive!

From what little I've used the software so far it seems to do exactly what it promises. The support staff is also extremely quick, responsive and helpful. They put pretty much all other companies' support staff, customer service and help centre tools to shame.

I downloaded the AquaTune Lifetime so I could use on two devices. It worked fine on first device but would not activate on second device. I messaged Ace Thinker and within a few hours got a message from Jim with another activation code for second device, which worked a treat. I will be recommending AquaTunes to others as it is easy to use and becsuse of the fantastic and very quick customer service. Thank you Jim..!! 👍🙏

I bought music keeper from ace thinker 2 years ago. Yesterday I couldn't download music anymore and sent a message to AceThinker. I got a quick message from Jim, I had to delete my music keeper and he sent me a new link. Aqua tune. I installed it and entered my new code and was able to download my music again. Very good service and fast, worthy of 5 stars, thanks Jim.

The best software and the most customer-friendly customer service.
Today I had a problem registering the software and sent an email asking for help.

Within 15 minutes I received an email back with the solution and a correct code.
