I believe almost zero online reviews as most appear to be fake, but I created a TrustPilot account just to compliment Jim. I had an issue with receiving my license key after my initial payment and I was concerned that it was a scam. But Jim quickly emailed me a code and I'm now rolling with videos for our non-profit to use with the creators' permission. Thanks to Jim and team. Product is easy and backed by solid support.

Resolved my query on license activation on second device . AceThinker license can be used on two devices.

I've always found this to be a great product. It does what it says and works on more sites than I expected. When it came to transferring an existing licence from one PC to another, it was simple and fast. It meets my requirements.

A PC Mag article tipped me off to Acethinker software at the end of 2023. Was looking for something to use for Youtube primarily and it works perfectly and at 320kbps.. at up to 6 files at a time, also with a 5X speed option.. easily handles video or audio.. it also works on so many platforms that I wasn't even expecting, with the built in GUI. Highly recommended service and software. Bought a lifetime license.

Download is easy and came through virus and bloatware free. It is easy to use and fairly intuitive. Processing time to rip the mp3 from a video is very fast. I am extremely pleased with it functionally

Customer service is AWESOME- I purchased a lifetime license and that allows for 2 computer installations. Had a problem getting the second machine to accept the code. - Shot off a note to the customer service at 5 AM and had a resolution by 6 AM That was pretty awesome as I expected to have to wait till the next day or so.
