Speedy service, no nonsense. Prices pretty good to!

Ok. All went well. A little slow in responding to emails.

Took nearly a month to receive my order, ordered wrong knee pads by mistake so I emailed ace work gear to amend the order and change the knee pads, they did change them but never gave me a credit as they were cheaper. They took the payment straight away which is fine as long as the order is dispatched on time and not waiting a month. Overall won't recommend or use again.

3 weeks to delivery and poor response to several emails complaining about progress of item
Item arrived late but ok

Only 2 of 3 items ordered were delivered. No notification item was out of stock for several months. Only learned on day of delivery the item would be absent because of paypal refund. Had to call the company to find out which item was not being delivered. Took nearly 2 weeks to deliver. Poor.

ordering was easy, i ordered a size that i’d normally get and with some advice from Acegear, i changed the size down one as product big made. very good advice as jacket fits perfectly.
order arrived on time and all good.
i would definitely order from them again

Boots are great and as I wanted but delivery time was terrible , I appreciate they had to wait for them to come in but I wasn't told and then when I enquired a week later, the next day delivery was still two days and the weekend.

Great competitive prices for quality clothes. But delivery time is absolutely ridiculous, especially since I paid just under £5 for the pleasure.

Would not buy from them again. Took over 3 weeks to arrive-no information on website to say they didn't have item in stock when purchasing. Rang up and was told they would chase up courier. Never called back. Took 4 phone calls and 3 promises of 'ill email/call you' until i demanded the manager on the final (4th) call who promptly sorted it out and sent my out item out. Recieved next day. Would not shop here again sorry.

At first wasn't very happy, no correspondence, order was before Xmas, got through by phone eventually, maybe need an answer phone. Anyway after all that my order was couriered out overnight and received the next day. So not a bad review just a bit frustrating at the time.

Despite ringing & emailing mutiple times heard nothing, delivery meant to be 3-5 days but still not even got a shipping email over a week on.

Top drawer bunch of guys. My item wasn't in stock at the time my order was placed but they contacted me immediately and kept me updated until it arrived, highly recommended.

Although not clear when delivery would be when I purchased the jacket I was given updates and the item arrived in time for Xmas. Thanks for getting it here in time.
