Item ordered was not in stock

Item ordered was not in stock, but arrived promptly. Item received wasn't anything like the colour advertised on the website*, so returned the same day... but the returns process is simple enough.

*I know that photographs and screens can vary, but this was not the same at all...

Could do better

I spent some time looking at different companies selling what I wanted, went with Acegear because their prices were the most competitive. After placing my order I received an email saying the products were not available but I'd receive the item directly from the supplier. That's the last I heard from Acegear, no updates on when items would arrive so just hoping it wouldn't be too long. The items did arrive one week later but a pairf of trousers was missing which I phoned to get sent out. This was received a week later. Communication could be better.

Purchased 3 pairs of Carhartt work …

Purchased 3 pairs of Carhartt work trousers. Good price, but well slow delivery. Took 2 weeks for the first pair to be delivered and that was after I phoned. I don't even remember how long the second and third pair took.
Lucky I wasn't desperate. Would of been nice for them to let me know what was happening.
I would use them again though, as the price was good.

Firstly the sizing is incorrect

Firstly the sizing is incorrect. When received both jacket (must have been two Sizes too big) and shorts a size too small. I had too send back, partly my reason for requesting a ''full refund'' due to sizing was they then not only make you pay all return postage of nearly £6 ,but then want you too pay for it to be sent back return postage £4.95.
I found that i had no choice but to pay this, just so as i can get my Full refund. Because i had spent over £75 items were sent out free of charge.
Days later i received a telephone call from someone stating they had received my returns, but needed my invoice to be able to refund me. I told her i thought i had sent every piece of paperwork back. She then said ''No there were two invoices and as you know we can't give a refund without both as this is ''OUR'' policy '' What a load of rubbish !!!!! .With this she hung up leaving me to think that i had lost my money due to a stupid policy that is not anywhere on there website may i add. I looked where i had repacked items where i found a A4 piece of paper which i would have called a tick list of the items, i thought as i have now been left out of pocket on this, i shall scan and email. Asking for acknowledgement of the email . I then got a email in return stating they would not accept a scanned copy. Again what a load of rubbish. Forcing me to send by post another 70 pence spent just so i can get my full refund , Now over £6.60 out of pocket. JUST RECEIVED A PAYMENT £5 SHORT OF A FULL REFUND , OUT OFF POCKET BY NEARLY £12 . Customer service non existing ............... Stay away............ Use a professional retail outlet that doesn't rip you off when you want to return ill sizing . I do believe a consumer ruling is that if you purchase online you as a customer are exempt from any postage cost as the clothing cannot be tried on prior to purchasing.

Sent back with fee for post (£4.95) for L

Still waiting.........

July 6th still waiting.............

Despite having some IT issues

Despite having some IT issues, my order was despatched very quickly and I was chuffed with the turnaround time. Staff whom I have spoken with, have been consistently helpful and I would have no hesitation with future orders. Nice to be able to give the business to a Scottish company too!!!

13 days and still not received goods

Asked to review and still not received the goods, order placed on 1st May (now 14th May), so it's taken 13 days sadly which is not good in the online retail age. Hopefully they can improve in the future as the prices are keen.
