Was easy to order. Product turned up quick. Updates all the way until it was here which was handy as could plan when to be in.
Was a gift my father's day and he loves them, even too much not to wear then much....
Bottom line excellent product, delivery, price and just the order process.

Took the time to call when a product was out of stock and very friendly/ helpful!

Apart from misleading info on free postage on orders over £75..service was efficient and pleased with item.

still selling boots that are out of stock.. waited over a month kept being told Timberland didnt have stock.. gave up got a refund... Why sell online if you don't have stock !!!!!!

What a shame, what i thought was going to be a helpful easy site to buy from turned into a problematic and deffinately not hassel free. The item i bought ended up having a different description, the price had to be renegotiated and now a dispute over the refunded amount.

Cheaper than shops and speedy delivery. No delivery charge on my item.

Great goods with fast delivery, but on their web site it states free P&P on orders over £75 beware that this figure is excluding VAT and I could find no indication off this on their site.

All in all aceworkgear were great, good product, good price, quick delivery and prompt refund once goods returned.
In a time where most places seem to have free returns, the lack of this service would put me off using them again as although they did nothing wrong, it's cost me £15 to try on a jacket and send it back

Although my item was not in stock I was given the option of waiting or a full refund. I chose to wait. The wait was worthwhile, I was informed when my item was dispatched and it then arrived very quickly.

Wee hiccup on the order(these things happen) but fixed straight away, even called back after their office was closed to get hold of me to rectify

Disappointed that they did not have the item in stock despite listing it - had I known I would have to wait as long as I would have had to to buy locally I would have stayed local. However, service was polite and did deliver the desired item when it came in.
