I ordered an ankle brace for my son that had been recommended by his physical therapist from AchillesMed. The brace was received in a matter of days and very competively priced. I realized once I had the brace I ordered the wrong one. I sent an email to the company over the weekend to advise them of my error. They responded back promptly on Monday morning and told me exactly what I needed to do and also attached a copy of their return policy in case I needed further assistance. The service was exceptional.
