I was worried about spending $45 on Adobe Acrobat 2021 after spending $160 on Ebay for Acrobat 2017 that was not compatible with my Windows 11 Pro [which is being returned]. Took a gamble, and it paid off. They sent the email with the iso link, directions, and the product key, no problems uploading it. I am very grateful for a good product at a low price.

I would give a zero if I could. This is the worst company i have ever dealt with. They send me defective software then refuse to help me or give me a refund. They are rude and they lie. They claim to have helped me, but the information they sent did not work and was difficult to follow; it was written for a trained computer programer, which I am not. Then when i asked for explanation and help I was ignored. Then they stated to the credit card company that they help me twice and lied that it was now working so the dispute with them through my credit card company was denied and i have to pay them for the software. Do not buy from this company.

Scam website, they sell nulled or cracked software, nothing official or legit. Save your money, PLEASE DO NOT ORDER. You have been warned.
I ordered Adobe Acrobat DC 2022 (MAC) and they sent me a cracked version. There is no licence key.

They sold me a software (Nero 2018) that only installs in Russian. I sent them 4 emails, and they replied with nonsense. The setup.exe file was installed on 3, if not 4, PCs and it's impossible to get an English version... They tell me it's a problem with the settings on my PC: completely ridiculous. Thieves... Do not buy software from this site.

I ordered Microsoft Office from this company and was supposed to receive the product via email within 5 minutes to 6 hours. By the time the 7th hour came and I still hadn’t received my order I disputed the charge with my credit card company and I sent that company an email letting them know this. Lo and behold half an hour after I sent my email they sent the product and then proceeded to say the following when I quoted their Terms and Conditions and what they had written on their site:

“Times on our website is a general guideline. It is not written anywhere on our website that there is guaranteed times to delivery.
Some people are patient and are willing to work with companies and some are not.”

I do not intend to use the product they sent, especially since it was sent after the interval they promised on their site.

I cannot I trust the company that doesn’t abide by their own Terms and Conditions or guarantee what is written on their site.

acmeproductsstore failed to send me an email confirmation nor the Microsoft Office for Mac 2021 download. No response at all after 3 inquiries. FRAUDULANT company!
The product showed up in my email a couple hours later but no email confirmation ever arrived. I had already told them that I didn't trust them and wanted an immediate refund after which I would then take down this review. They said they don't respond to threats and never refunded me. DISREPUTABLE company.

They sent me cracked version of office but I bought office license from them and they refused to provide refund.

I'd give it a minus if I could but I can't so.... AV picked up that they sent me a malicious file. No point asking for a refund - they're obviously crooks so I'll just slap myself on the wrist and wave my $19 goodbye. Don't be like me... read the reviews and avoid like the plague!

Symantec found trojans in their software. They say they don't have trojans. Symantec says they do. They refused a refund. I just contacted my credit card company.

The software I purchased came with virus, not only they didn't offer to replace it, they also denied my request for money back. Stay away from them, they will infect your computer with viruses.

A known hack was discovered by windows defender & they advised to turn off defender & install, this I would not do and asked for a refund,
They replied with there t&cs stating no refunds on downloads,
I said don't worry I will report the fraud case to the credit card company, + Inform google services (there shop window), + leave advice for any future customers to be very aware??????
