I recently had the pleasure of working with Ubiqus team for an event, in London. From the very start, the service provided by Jessica and Rob was simply outstanding. Their professionalism was evident in every interaction, from the initial quote request to the flawless execution of the service. The responsiveness they exhibited was top-notch - all inquiries were dealt with swiftly and efficiently, leaving no room for stress or uncertainty. The equipment they provided was excellent and worked perfectly throughout the event. Their dedication to service and client satisfaction is commendable. We used Ubiqus for the first time for an event requiring translation in four languages. The whole process was smooth and I would highly recommend them to anyone requiring translation services. The communication before the event was very thorough and professional, a technician travelled from London to Cardiff for one of our client meetings to answer any questions the client had, onsite the team were considerate to the listed building that we were using. They set up the equipment quickly and allowed plenty of time for testing. On the day, the interpreters were well briefed and experienced. The technology all worked seamlessly. It is basically impossible to communicate with Ubiqus Legal - they do not answer the phone or respond to emails quickly. It is pointless obtaining an urgent transcript with them as you will not get it in time.

I have been working for their Uber project with trust for one month and a half (September and half of October 2022) only to find out in the end that no POs can be issued "due to technical issues". What kind of a company is this? People, I have all proof to show this. I demanded them to pay me immediately for the work done but they did not.
Over the past 12 -18 months Ubiqus have delivered quality translation on a number of projects for our clients. The had been set some fairly difficult, time sensitive challenges which they successfully achieved.

We had a great experience using Ubiqus for Portuguese-English interpretation of a week-long executive education course. Both interpreters were great and accommodating of our needs and unexpected changes. Really recommend it!
We have used Ubiqus, or what they used to be called Verbal Ink, for a long time, at least 5 years. Their transcription service itself is good, but more expensive than competitors. Their billing process isn't very good as of lately, like the past 6-9 months. It is difficult to get an invoice or to even pay it without some difficulty. I think they lost a lot of people and that's tough, but it shouldn't impact the customer.

stay away from jobs here in IT, they are scamming even internal employees. Pay is low, expectations are high and you will get scammed at every opportunity they have to save money.
