Pay your rent and they do nothing to help

Paid rent on time with no problems treat the place like my own and now there is a hole in my daughters bed room that leaks and they won't do a thing! Bad weather on the way, wet walls and mould is on the way!! Where do u expect my daughter to sleep or even worse what happens if the roof falls in? Keep making excuses! SORT IT!!

Quick enough to show your aces to do your monthly checks on the place and now Iv reported a problem no one has been round in 2 months!!
