Absolutely shocking company. Have leased through them as an agent for the past 5 years, hopeless. The landlord isn't great so they do shift blame on to them more often than not but it is a convenient excuse. Now at the end of the 5 year lease and have been chasing a response for 4 weeks, they avoid phone calls, emails and messages. Luke in particular is terrible but Tim not much better.
