I work for a company that has a contract with ac's taxi and mini buses. However I used them on a personal basis also. Taxi's are constantly late and when booked for wheelchair user they have sent unsuitable transport, which ment being late yet again. Another time passengers were dropped of at a different location to what was booked. A coach was hired for a specific time and the driver left without most of the passengers because the driver didn't want to be late home! Some of these drivers really need a closer check and I have questioned how they are pvg checked, especially with school contracts! I know one of their drivers were sacked from lothian buses for a serious misconduct. Definitely would not use this company again
