Poor quality- they're exactly the same as the £10eBay leggings. Slow to arrive, I've worn them a few times max and one leg has ladders from every part of the design. As they had so little use I contacted the company again as the quality was obviously at fault, they were slow to respond and no help at all. I've never had an experience where a company won't stand over their product even a couple of months down the line. A dreadful product, and as the reviews show here, I'm not alone in finding this,I only regret not checking here first.

I saw the company on FB, lots of good reviews for quality, just like gym shark etc. I bought them & they arrived within 5 days direct from China. Put them on straight away, NOT squat proof! Wore them to the gym once, they made me so hot! Washed them & they started to fall apart at the seams. I emailed the company advising I was not happy, they asked if I would like a replacement, which i didn't, I got a refund within 3 working days. The only good thing about the company is they were polite in their communication.

Saw all the reviews for their leggings on Facebook and how they're such great quality. Just as good as Gymshark apparently...PAH! They are cheap leggings sent directly from China, so thin my underwear could be seen through them while standing! Returned the item over 2 weeks ago and I've still not received a refund. I'm emailing them twice weekly asking for updates, but it takes days to hear back from them if at all. They're quick to take your money, but not as quick to provide a decent item or return your money. So glad I paid by PayPal so I could open a dispute against them. Save yourself the time, hassle and money and go elsewhere

Products are nice. Loved the sports bra I ordered.

Would love to order again but it took a month to deliver.

Very mixed experience

The first time I ordered from this company I received a fantastic pair of leggings within a couple of days. The 'yarissa' leggings fit really nicely, were definitely squat proof and could easily be mistaken for gym shark. A couple moths later they started to tear at the seams, but I've had very similar issues with Gymshark leggings and I was wearing them very often.

I decided to order some more. This time I got one pair quickly and a note to say the other was coming directly from China. Again no issue, the second pair were of a different style, took longer to arrive and unfortunately didn't fit as well as being of a lower quality. I went through a no quibble return process and got my money back quickly.

However, I recently ordered again. This time I received no notification of shipping and so a week later decided to send an email. I got a lovely reply from customer service explaining that my goods were coming from China and would take longer than expected. I then received shipping notification for 1 of the 2 leggings I'd ordered. They arrived and,luckily, fit well. The second pair took another week to arrive, just as I was starting to worry as I had had no shipping info for this pair at all. All seems okay and perhaps to be expected for such a bargain price. But, if they hadn't fit or had arrived damaged I would have no way to return or replace. There was no order confirmation, no returns form, nothing. Perhaps if I had emailed customer service again this could have been arranged. They have always been very nice in the past.

Since all of this, and after looking for some info about my latest order, I've seen some less than positive reviews. People waiting a long time or not receiving their goods at all. Seems i have been relatively lucky. I have also since found the exact items on Ali Express. Seems the company bought in bulk to sell on and now just order themselves from Ali Express instructing them to send the items directly to the customer. A fair business model some would say, you pay a bit more to a middle man to get things within a few days. Fine. Except more recently it seems that every order comes direct from China.

Had this not happened I would have remained a loyal customer of Activefitnessco and had been recommending their Yarissa products to my friends. But now, my advice would be to cut out the middle man and order direct from Ali Express yourself. It might take a while but at least that site is transparent about shipping times and has a very clear returns/dispute policy.

Horrible experience.
The item arrived late, had a poor quality (leggings completely see through), and they wouldn't refund me until I issue a PayPal claim (many thanks to PayPal!).

I wouldn't recommend, and if you ever have to make a return, make sure it is with signature so they can't deny they received it.

If I could rate this company 0 I would. I ordered something on the 17th of January. I have yet to receive my order. Money was taken out of my account but I have not recieve any update on the shipment. It still says that it is getting ready for shipping. I have emailed and wrote to them on social media but I have had no response. Poor excuse for a company

I had heard a couple of things about this brand, but wasn't 100% sold. Usually cheaper priced active wear ends up being not great.
But I was so wrong!
After I purchased I received an email saying dispatch time would be a little longer than usual due to high volume of orders. I wasn't that fussed, they let me know so it was fine. Also they offered my 20% off my next order and a sorry, which is brill.
A couple of weeks went by then my order arrived and my god. They are amazing!! Such amazing quality, really cute, lovely high waist on the leggings. I often find it hard getting leggings for my size (5ft 4) they are always too longer on the leg, but these are perfect. Really blown away considering the price and totally squat proof.
Excellent customer service too!
100% will be buying again. Love love love.

I don't understand why the company would get bad reviews, I've ordered from here twice, received both orders of a sports bra and sports leggings. I ordered everything separately, one pair came together, the other I got the leggings and had a note on the order receipt apologising as they were out of stock and shipping directly from the supplier, a few days later the bra came too. Both times I got a 20% discount for their store to apologise for the items being late due to such high demand. I have worn both sets a few times for working out, they have been brilliant quality! Also they have been washed and came out lovely.
It does take 10-14 days at least to arrive, as stated on the site, also if you wash the sports bra just be aware that the padding does scrunch up, so just put your hand in the little flap inside to stretch it out and adjust it.

Ridiculous. Ordered a gym set 2 weeks ago had no dispatched email and been ignored on all emails I have sent to try and resolve this. No contact number to call either. Asked for a refund or even a delivery estimate but nothing.

Absolute joke!!!!
I ordered a pair of leggings from this company and 2 days after my order was placed I received an email saying unfortunately the item I ordered was actually of stock and would have to be sent to me from the supplier which should take 10-14 days... I've waited 3 weeks now and still no leggings! this company has no contact number and after sending 3 emails to them this past week I still have no response as to where my item is and facebook messages are being ignored aswell!!
