I have had back issues since my late teens. I have been going to Active Health / Flavio for many years.
Initially I went when I was in pain and then moved to quarterly reviews.
Flavio has guided me in healthy practices that have reduced my need for intervention.

When I started seeing Kathryn I was in constant pain. Now 6 months later I am almost pain free. She has been an absolute life saver. She is brilliant and so friendly and I would definitely recommend her to anyone. Thank you so much Kathryn for everything you have done for me.

I first went to Active a couple of years ago for knee trouble and they were brilliant in sorting the problem.
I have recently gone back for a hamstring problem and Ryan is helping me with that. He talks me through everything that is happening and why its happening and whats needed to make it stronger. Ryan is very friendly and talkative and makes me feel at ease especially when it comes to some of the procedures. Whenever anyone asks for a chiropractor/sports massage on Facebook or through friends I always say Active Health through my own experience with them.

I've been a client at active health for over 10 years and I'm probably one of the few that gets treated regularly to prevent issues happening to the body.

I see both Steve & Flavio and can't recommend them enough for their treatment and professionalism.

Over the years Flavio has treated my back, knees, feet, ankles, shoulders and hands. Just seems to make pain go away and now it stays away.

Alen is professional, friendly and really knows his stuff. He recuperated my frozen shoulders and got me back to normal flexibility.

I've worked with George for the past 8 months initially to support with sciatica pains which dramatically improved with the help of George who consistently listened to my ongoing symptoms and adapted his approach to best manage the pain. Really happy to work with George who continues to support on all manners of symptoms with a genuinely caring approach.

Having used two local clinics before, I am happy to say I've settled with Steve and his team @ Active Health.

The team are always friendly and I don't ever feel pressured into spending more money than needed. I have used both clinics as my work schedule is sometimes a problem

I've been seeing Flavio and George for a while and can say nothing but good things. If you've got a niggle, book in and get it sorted!

My 14 year old son has seen Jatinder many times for sport related injuries which started in the lower back area. jatinder was great and instantly put my son at ease that he felt comfortable going back to see him. He explained what he was doing and also went on to treat other areas of the body that were tight and needing attention such as the feet and legs.

I would strongly recommend The Active Health Clinic in Maidenhead. Greg gave me reassurance, knowledge and confidence. I had felt lost after two uninformative appointments with the NHS. Even though I ended up having a knee replacement later in the year, I can honestly say that Greg was the start of my recovery. I recommend them to everyone . I would not hesitate to seek their help again.

After a replacement knee a few years ago and having excellent physio care at Active Clinic, I started seeing George for continued treatment on my legs. With his care, he has enabled me to keep up my daily hill hikes and I always leave feeling rejuvenated. I have a regular 6 week appointment.

I had a severe shoulder problem and I had three sessions with Greg at active health, who relieved the pain. I am still doing the exercises and am so pleased that it is getting better. Greg is so professional and friendly. Thank you so much.
