We had lived in a large family house with two boilers - the main boiler was old and unreliable and a second, smaller boiler (also getting older) had been installed to heat a loft conversion and extension. We had initially contacted Tom to quote for a replacement main boiler. He spent a lot of time working out how to take out both boilers, join the two heating systems and install a new Worcester Bosch boiler.
Tom played back this option to us and we were persuaded that this was a helpful improvement to the house and one which would pay back over time.
The job was carried out over the course of just over a week and whilst many of our rooms were affected, Tom and his team managed the work in a way that allowed us to continue living with a minimum of disruption.
Tom was helpful throughout, providing updates and suggestions. On completion, Tom took the time to set up the new radiator valves on a Honeywell wireless home management system and walk us through how to get the most out of it.

A great job done installing pipe and hose link for the garden. They had to delay doing it owing to illness; but Tom was very apologetic and when work was done it was to a high standard. The plumber polite, considerate and left the place tidy. I highly recommend these plumbers!

Tom and his team recently installed a new Worcester Bosch boiler for us and from initial quote to final installation provided a prompt and excellent service. The team worked with care and efficiency, and left the house extremely tidy when they had finished. We would not hesitate to recommend them.

Have used Activephs 3 separate occasions over last 12 mths, most recently to suggest and then fit a solution to existing kitchen mixer tap which was splashing, with a matched style new arch section with aerator while retaining existing legs already fitted so not to affect existing granite worktop.
Initial contact was for servicing W.Bosch boiler and successfully fixed specific issues was having already, after being recommended to us by friend as an accredited Bosch installer. Also serviced our underfloor heating system. Friendly, straightforward, very knowledgeable, good service, recommended.

Moved into a new home back in March and needed a shower screen fitted. It was a strange one as the size of the shower screen had to be a specific height and width. we found one but weren't sure if it would fit so wanted the advise of a professional before buying and arranging fitting. We searched on google and came across a couple of companies who were really bad at communicating and not very helpful to be frank.
Feeling bit nervous and concerned we weren't sure if we would find anyone - We carried on searching and came across Active plumbers. They were very professional and friendly - very down to earth and openly communicating (via watsapp). Most of our comms were during the evening as working during the day which was really helpful. I cannot fault them! I have used Activephs for several years now, since they installed and upgraded our central heating boiler and system. They are prompt, reliable and efficient.
