Activepieces is the new "kid" on the block compared to apps like Zapier and Pabbly but they are catching up fast.

They seem to have laid down the correct foundations by being open source, a good user Interface and expanding on the current number of services supported.

They are also very good value compared to the completion and let's be honest, who doesn't mind a bit of value?

Activepieces is one of the easiest to use automation apps that I have ever tried. And best of all, it can still do complex tasks, with a simple interface.

I have tried various other automations, from Wordpress based to cloud-base. And the only app that can beat Activepieces in terms of functions and simplicity would be Zappier (certainly Zappier would go very far beyond Activepieces in terms of integrations). But Zappier would cost me an arm and a leg for the same limit offered by Activepieces, and most of my uses and my apps can be satisfied by Activepieces.

I love that I can easily create flows to "connect" my apps with Activepieces. The interface is intuitive (with diagram) and actions are customized based on the apps and triggers. Some of the most handy features I like are: the time triggers (very helpful, for example every minute, every hour etc.), and the newly added ChatGPT-related templates. Both features make my life so easy.

The app integrations are not many. However the existing ones would be sufficient for my use cases, with most of the important apps (including Excel, GSheet, Wordpress etc.) are available.

All in all, from the value-for-cost perspective, Activepieces would be unbeatable.

What stands out about Activepieces when comparing it to other platforms I have like Pabbly is the amount of value it brings and ease of use. Setting up automations is quite simple, and you get many automations per month. I highly recommend this open source software. I hope they continue to add more pieces. which is the ability to connect with apps. It's at 155 right now. I feel it is on a good trajectory.

However, Activepieces falls short in offering an extensive range of templates, which would be beneficial for initiating automations. The lack of integrations with platforms like Facebook and Meta also narrows our options and functionality.

Great alternative to Zapier who is a giant in the industry. There is still a room for growth and making it better but out of the box its easy to use and understand. I was able to create automations easily and the UI/UX is great as well. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a tool to automate your business processes.

I have many zapier alternative tools like Pabbly,Konnectzit,Albato and others. Activepieces is the most friendly and most promising. It's even more user friendly than Pabbly connect.

We are using Activepieces to create redundancy in our data/task flow automation. Activepieces is easy to use as the interface is similar to other popular data flow applications. The application is fast and development is active. We would like to see more templates to kickstart the creation of different workflows.

Active Pieces is a playing catch-up to tools like Zapier. But it's open-source foundation could give it an edge and allow it improve upon or even add experiences that aren't available in other well established tools yet. Excited to see how active pieces continues to improve.

This is a great automation tool similar to Zappier or Make.com. Activepieces has great open-source support from its community, and it always adds new connector pieces.

Easy to use. Integration with many tools. Mostly use with ChatGPT.

It's very intuitive and easy to use. For me, it's like putting together Lego blocks. You get a blank canvas (or templates if you already want to go faster), and you just connect the pieces.

I got the hang of it in less than an hour, and even then I just played around to see what it's capable of. It's a gem in the making, and with more connections that will be included, I can't wait for my entire business to be automated as much as possible.

The one small drawback I'd say is this:
It's still fairly early so they don't have all the software I'm using on a daily basis, but I've been told that's all coming in the following weeks and months.
