I ordered a tee shirt a month ago, received an email this week saying status change to awaiting shipment. I tried to call the number on the website and email the address on the site, both are invalid numbers. I am unable to get anyone on the phone to resolve the issue. This was a gift for the concert coming up and it did not get here in time.
I ordered one time Huntting Hoodie, it said it would take 12 days at most, it has now been a few days short of a month and it has yet to be delivered. UPDATE: Customer support was very helpful and got me a refund. Could have just been an issue with the mail.
