Scammers, bought a $60.- bag coffee red, send me a totally different one in black, asked for a refund and they said they would send my money back, instead they send another bag that I did not want. AVOID this scammers, quality is awful as well...
took almost 3 months to get shoes when I did get them they were wrong size. package said size us 14 but not even close, missed by 2 inches.no size anywhere on shoe, inside or out. best they would do is 20% refund and keep shoes.....I'm waiting......again
Ordered nice looking linen shirts xl online images. What showed up was more like a women's medium. THEN when i started a return process, they suggested I give the shirts to a friend or charity? Using Amex and they will get my money back. Google should flag them.
They told me returning to China (news to me?!) will cost alot.

Do not order from these people! This company pretends to be a UK company but it is not. If products are ever received they come from China. I ordered from them over a month ago and when I contacted them to find out where my order was they said they were having delivery problems and it would not ship for at least another 2 weeks. That means it would be 6 weeks from the order date and then at least another 2 weeks for shipping. I demanded a refund and they have not responded to me. I am now going through Paypal to try and get a refund. If I had researched them more I would never have ordered from them.
