Sent the wrong coulered panel sent pics back with couler we ordered and still did not change they said it was the right colour we ordered a dark wood and was sent a maple near enough white had to just write it off in the end lucky it was only 1 panel

Arrived nicely packed and delivered in time.
However, the wood keeps on coming off from the back pannel.
No so happy with the product.

Realised halfway through a job that more panels were needed. Rang Acupanel at 1645 hours on Friday, panel despatched Monday and received Tuesday. Excellent customer service and the product is good too 👍😁 Well done Acupanel.

Got samples but Apparently the white felt backed oak is out of stock but with no date offered for production….great samples but lost order

Quick delivery, quality product, easy install and superb addition to office environment. Impresses everyone who visits our offices.

The panels are great and look fab on the wall. However all 3 of the panels had slight damage on one end. We did not complain because the panels had to be shortened to fit our area, so it all worked out.
We should have taken photos to send to you but we didn't.

Helpful information given on its wood panelling and how it can be used and assembled. Acupanel was prompt with delivery of both samples and final order, and we are really pleased with the look. However, a trifle difficult to cut a space to accommodate two plugs.

I would give acupanel a 5star rating, were it not for the poor delivery company that they use.
A single text was sent to me at 0800 on the day that they’d decided to deliver, with a delivery window of 0800-18.00.
No advance notice was given so they assume you’re just going to completely reorganise your day to be present when the very large packages are delivered.
I tried to contact the courier by phone. Firstly, a telephone number was very difficult to find on their website (not uncommon now with many companies who really don’t want you to speak to a human being).
Once found, the phone went to a holding message that never actually connected with a person.
I then phoned Acupanel who said they’d contact the courier….I never received a return call from Acupanel with any update. I assume they could not get through to the company either.
As the panels were being delivered to an offcie which is not staffed on the day in question, it remained for a volunteer to head into the office to eventually receive the delivery. The panels arrived 5 hours later.
Great product, but get your final part of the process in order please.

After waiting over a month after a damaged delivery for an undamaged delivery, it arrived just before Xmas. It’s not easy to fit around plug sockets but we are pleased with how it looks now. Glad we added end panels to our feature on the wall.

Late delivery as out of stock , parcel missing and then product missing.
No one answered the phone but was eventually sorted.

Two of the panels appeared to be returned as damaged as they were loose and unwrapped like the rest
Damage to the corners and couple of the slates were loose

Would have expected all panels the same

Great product great price only negative was we wanted a quick delivery but we had to wait a few weeks as they told us they were waiting on materials to produce our order

Very happy with both the customer service and the panels. I hadn't ordered enough but the additional panel arrived very quickly, and all were well packaged. Wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.

Ordered panels over a week ago and haven’t even received confirmation of a delivery yet, hope these people are legitimate!!

Finally got through to someone only to be told my delivery has not been dispatched yet with some lame excuse.
Unfortunately I agree with a lot of these comments regarding poor communication. It seems to be always the case when people like this take your money straight away, promise but don't deliver.

Great service and refund for the tester pieces I ordered after I ordered the main panelling. Really happy with the quality.
