My name is Adam, and YES that is definitely my name..........hold on, let me just go and check..........just looking for birth certificate.......... hold on still looking (doorbell) " can you get there please"? " I can't I'm looking for something" "will you, thanks".......... ok found it, oh sorry about all that 👆🏼 In case you didn't realise, somebody was at the door, probably best if I start again, to save time I'll go back and put in the doorbell sound. Ok I can confirm my name is Adam. Now the other week I was browsing the Interweb looking for some cloths for little Johnny (he's my pet hamster) and found your delightful shop. Now I'm not some crazy idiot, which I'm sure you can tell, I do know you sell kids clothing, but you do smaller baby sizes perfect for Johnny ( The hamster) i'm saying the hamster, just in case you're mistaken with my cousin Johnny! Silly me I'm sure you can tell the difference between my cousin and my Hamster I mean you run a huge business! You're in every High Stre...... opps sorry, well you're online for those people who can't be bothered to go into town. Anyway I jwanted to say that you're online shop is wonderful, even for Hamsters (not 28 year old cousins), so please keep up the good work and keep the Adams name shining! Now before I buy anything from you, I wanted to ask a couple of questions.

1 - Are you really call Adam or is that just the name of the shop?

2 - did you know my name is also Adam ?

3 - did you know this (doorbell) was the doorbell sound?

4 - please can I get a discount, as to be honest, you've been using my name all of theses years without my permission! Now let's not get lawyers involved, we're all grown-ups here. Just give me a discount or alternatively change your name! And that would be very costly on your part, after all I'm sure you've already paid and had a business cards printed!

So in summary, my name is Adam and yours is not, give me a discount so I can buy clothes for little Johnny ( my cousin, not my Hamster)

This is a tad confusing as I checked the box but couldn't find anything other than a box ! Maybe you should phrase it tick the box! Also why would I want to let Adams know about the review! The more Adams that know, means that more Adams will want to try for discount. Think it's best to keep this between me (this Adam) and you (the fake imposter Adam, Will call you evil Adam for names sake)

Fast delivery. All in all positive from here. Will definitely shop at Adams again.

This company offers free international delivery and there is also a range of good value kids clothes so i decided to place an order with them. The clothes were dispatched maybe a week later which i think is a bit too long but i didn't mind that much. A few days after the order is been dispatched i received an email from PayPal informing me that i received a partial refund from Adams which made me wonder why. I contacted the customer service( by the way,they don't have a phone number and the only way you can contact them is by email) regarding this matter and hoping all this will be clarified. I got a reply from them telling me that they didn't had all the items i ordered in stock and that's why i received a partial refund, because some items where not delivered. Wow.. it just made me wonder if this company has any knowledge of customer service??!! I would have expected to be contacted by them before delivering to ask me if i want to replace the items or cancel my order because i would have cancelled it to be honest. I sent them an email to complain about this but they never got back to me. I will never place an order with them again unless they improve their customer service and update their website regularly with products they actually have in stock. Its a shame because they claim to be a well established company.
