Can't rate these products enough! At the age of 40 I just put my unpredictable cycle down to perimenopause and years of being on the pill. However after a couple of months of taking these my cycle has become regular again! Wasn't expecting it to happen so quickly! Since using Harmony I’ve seen a gradual difference in my monthly cycle. My periods used to be very heavy and be delayed starting - they now come on time and I have a lighter flow and generally I feel more full of energy throughout the month, and less anxious. I have purchased the peace blend twice, I think it is amazing! I have suffered with sleeping problems for years paired with anxiety and this lovely blend sees me into a deep slumber most nights. I've been using Harmony to help control raging perimenopause symptoms and it has been brilliant at bringing everything back to reasonable levels. Focus has been an added bonus and hero product! Initially taken to eliminate brain fog and sharpen up in the morning, I've noticed that it reinforces Harmony by completely reducing some perimenopause symptoms too - goodbye nightly heat and sore breasts!

I've been taking a teaspoon and a half of Freedom each morning either in my coffee or breakfast. I wanted to try it to see if it helps with my menopause symptoms and general mood. Five stars for customer service, packaging, and design it is beautiful and a delight to unscrew the lid every day. I purchased Freedom as currently on HRT but feel I needed more support with some symptoms, especially around libido. Now three weeks in I do feel I have more energy, and fewer aches in my muscles but no effect on my main hope. I will however be buying again as it has definitely made a difference to me and become a little ritual to me.

I had been feeling really out of balance , still having a monthly cycle but feeling like my body is changing and I felt different. I’ve been taking these adaptogenic powders for a few months and what I have noticed is feeling a lot more like myself again, and my body feels a lot ‘happier’ and I love how the powders work with my natural cycle . I love the way Freedom makes me feel and the fact that I can tailor the dose depending on my symptoms. The team are also great at responding to any questions quickly and providing valuable advice.

This product is possibly one of the best nutrient/supplement that I have taken! I thought I had nothing to loose by trying, after seeing a promotion in my WDDTY subs. Coincidentally my friend had been taking Lion's Mane and had advised me to try. Going through menopause, recently diagnosed with hypothyroidism, I was having palpitations/very fast heart beats (effect of low thyroid function, together with anxiety I believe). After about two to three weeks of taking 'Freedom', the 'palpitations' are completely gone, and I feel so much calmer, and grounded! I also wondered why, after one month (since starting I am at 40 days), I had so much left: I unknowingly took 3g instead of taking the recommended 6g. Highly recommended. I believe that because these magic powders are adaptogens, everyone will benefit from them, on different levels. You have nothing to lose by trying!

I’m always skepitcal, as I’m sure most are about supplement based products, but I’ve been using FOCUS daily as guided to do so by the Adaptogenic Apothecary team and can genuinely notice cognitive advantages in my day to day life, and finding myself just being more productive in general! I would highly recommend this product, but also say be patient with it -because like all things in life; nothing happens overnight!
