Lack of customer service

We rented Hobrovej 19 for a week. First morning we realised that there were no bathmat - so we were sailing around on the marble floor of the bathroom as there was no shower curtain either. All the taps were heavily chalked up so it would be a good idea to clean tap filters! The TV didn't work! We called and was told that someone would come and fix it! Nobody came!!!! Very shaky WI-FI. No toaster in kitchen!!!! We give it 2 stars for location and a bed not too bad! Would not recommend!

No refund for dirty appartment

We booked an appartment for 3 days, but when we arrived we found it very dirty, like footprints, hair, dirty windows and shelves. I called the client service right away and a lady on the phone asked me if I wanted a total refund or a cleaning service on the spot. We were tired from a 8 hours trip (with my 2 years old daughter with us) so we opted for a refund. She asked me some pictures of the situation, that I sent promptly. So we cancelled the reservation and found another accomodation. When we got back home I saw that no refund was given, so I wrote multiple email with no reply. Then I called (with international phone fare) and another lady told me they couldn't refund me because for their policy the appartment wasn't dirty enough. Just to be clear, on top of everything else, we found urine stains on the toilet. They just gave me the cleaning service refund, about a 20% of the total fee.

Don't even think to book this stay; this company is a scam.

Upon arrival, the building entrance smelled of feet, and the apartment was filthy. A smear on the mirror, a mop and vacuum left out, and an unlocked back door were just the beginning. We found a Pepsi bottle with soap in the shower, smears of dirt on the radiators and walls, and dust, grime, and hair everywhere, including a large dust bunny. The shower had black mold, and the floors left dirt on our socks. There were dirty dishes, food remnants, and even a latex glove stuffed behind a cushion. Worst of all, foul odors lingered—vinegar-scented bed sheets, a food-waste-smelling dishwasher, and excrement smells in the master bathroom. Plexiglass-blocked windows made airing out the apartment impossible.
Amenities were broken: a burnt-out bathroom light, loose coat hooks, and damaged furniture. Missing amenities included a microwave, iron, Wi-Fi, and towels. False advertising also claimed no pets were allowed, yet we found dog hair and cigarette butts despite a "no-smoking" rule.
Several amenities were unusable: stubborn doors, a clogged shower drain, and a short shower curtain. The Wi-Fi was down for most of our stay. After contacting the host, we learned the internet provider had no issues, raising suspicions about the host’s honesty. Research revealed many other complaints about uncleanliness, broken amenities, and theft.
The host was unprofessional, accusatory, and uncooperative. After multiple attempts to resolve the issue through Booking.com, the only compensation we received were reward credits after the host lied about reimbursing us. Communication was poor, and at one point, the host even hung up on me mid-conversation. Completely unacceptable experience.

Terrible company and with no sense of…

Terrible company and with no sense of ownership. We booked one of their apartment to stay in in Vejle. The apartment is not isolated at all, hence we could hear all the ongoing traffic on the street and was barely able to get any sleep on our first night. When reaching out they only said that my booking in non refundable and they have not had any complained before. Will never use them again or do I recommend people to rent with them.

Terrible company

Terrible company and lousy customer service, not recommended! Total scam.
Rented a flat in Brønderslev, when we arrived it hadn't been cleaned and there was dirty linen and towels all over the place. No clean linen to be found. There's a big fee to call customer service, so I sent an email as it promised a quick reply. No answer. Spent my two first days cleaning and washing linen and towels. I decided to give them a bad review on their app, then finally someone called. Was promised a refund on the cleaning fee, never came. Flat was shabby, ancient washer/dryer and there was a strong mouldy smell in the entrance. Also there's a pub/club on the ground floor, very loud.

Really nice apartment, helpful service

We booked an apartment in Aalborg from 7th to 9th Decembers (the "Luxury New Yorker"). I first tried to book via Expedia, but somehow the bookings failed two times. I then contacted Aday-Booking and Adnana was very helpful. She completed the booking on their side and sent me a payment link. She also gave me information about the parking space that was not advertised, but included, which saved us quite some kroner!

Shortly after paying I found the Trustpilot reviews here and was seriously worried. This fear turned out to be unfounded when we arrived: the apartment was really nice & clean, looked exactly as advertised and Adnana again helped us because we couldn't find the remote for the parking lot at first.

So, I don't say that the other reviews are baseless, but at least in our case things couldn't have went better.

We gladly will book again with Aday when coming back to Aalborg :)

Scammers

Scammers! They put nice pictures in the ad, but when you come to this apartment, it's just a ****hole! It's terribly dirty and smelly, and very old, 1000 years not renovated, a lot of mould in the shower and kitchen covered in fat. Apart from that, they list in the ad all nice facilities like dishwasher, washing machine and such things, but none of them are in the apartment! And you pay for this "accommodation" 100€ per night, and then you have to leave because you don't wanna stay in such ****hole.
