So poor customer service plus bank it’s self , after when they arrange the days for my loan literally after they block my main debit card , I have no bank other than adcb , and I can’t use my money , I have called to ADCB almost a week, where no resolved issue, they keep telling me that I have activate account but I can’t use from my side , I have tried everything, online banking, transfer money , withdraw money, use card itself for payments , but no , I’m calling them and waiting for hours and they told me to change pin which I did , remove from my update in Apple Pay , after 4 days they give me new card , they said it’s active for online banking, BUT NO , same issues, idk what they are doing there and how they are working, BUT IT WAS BIGGEST MISTAKE TO JOIN THIS BANK , I can’t wait to go out of this bank , so ppl I don’t recommend u this ADCB BANK ,THEY KNOW HOW TO TAKE MONEY FROM U BUT WHEN ITS COME TO PROBLEM WHICH I HAVE FACED THEY CANT FIND OUT ANYTHING AND KEEP U WITH NO RESPOND
Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service. If you call the toll free number you need to wait for 20-30 minutes and finally the problem also will not be resolved. Mailing them is another extreme they won't respond it. Am writing for them for a reversal from May 2024, but no response still am getting over limit fine. Very poor service.

Honestly i m very happy with them! I was scammed of 215 dirh ! Dono how… the bank immediately saw the transaction and blocked the card! Luckily i had min spent per day set to 400 so even if the want to take more they couldn’t. I love this about adcb that i can have limits and even if scammed, they give me money until the solution was solved. So not to lose a customer this is impressive! I can only say they are the most trustworthy in uae and I am not changing them!

I used ADCB Bank account for almost two years and did very good transactions. But recently, without even sending an OTP number to my phone, almost AED 4500 was credited from my account to another account without my permission. I came to know about it because of the short message that came from the bank. At that moment, I took action and the amount was held. From that day to today, I went to the bank several times but did not receive any reply and they did not show any concern about this. Even though this amount was withdrawn without my permission, the bank has no responsibility. Does not take. An organization that does not take any responsibility for money. I was very happy with the teller who assisted me with a huge amount withdrawal in ADCB MOE Branch. Joy Castro handled my query and she was entertaining, gave me some tips how I can use the point system for paying the bills and some useful tips with regards to my banking. She demonstrated well customer service towards me and made my stay happy.

Slow and Overpriced International Transfers with ADCB
I recently used ADCB for an international transfer, and I am incredibly disappointed with their service. I opted for the "Our" option, expecting it to cover all fees, but I was shocked to see a 105 AED charge for correspondent bank fees on top of the 21 AED SWIFT/Telex fee. That’s an excessive total of 126 AED just to send money!
To make matters worse, they told me the transfer would take 3-4 working days to reach the beneficiary. In today’s digital age, this delay is unacceptable! When I use other services like the C3 app powered by RAKBANK, my transfers are processed instantly and with fees as low as 15 AED. The difference in both cost and speed is huge.
ADCB really needs to step up its game in terms of international transfers. If other banks can process transfers quickly and for much lower fees, there’s no reason why ADCB shouldn’t offer the same level of service. Until they make improvements, I will definitely be looking for more cost-effective and efficient alternatives for my transactions.

Very poor experience. taking a loan is hell of a process. 0 empathy no sense of urgency even if i already told the agent why it is so urgent still they maximized their turn around time if not even taking longer. i felt discrimated by trying to escalate the matter as i am not allowed to talk to manager because im just taking 50k loan. they exploit the urgency and forced me to take credit card along with a loan as it require an approval not taking it. this is the worst experience with them. i never expected this to happen as im banking with them for 8 years.
Avoid ADCB Bank at All Costs!
I have had an incredibly frustrating experience with ADCB Bank that I cannot recommend them to anyone. From the moment I attempted to request a deferment for my Personal Finance installment, the lack of communication and disorganization was appalling.
Despite my numerous requests and providing all necessary documentation, including my medical reports and pay slips, I received minimal assistance and no follow-up. I even attached previous correspondence that went unanswered, yet the bank continued to ignore my pleas for help.
The stress this situation has caused is unbelievable. It feels like they don't care about their customers or their concerns. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, steer clear of ADCB Bank. I am seriously considering escalating this issue to the relevant authorities, as their customer service is the worst I have ever encountered.
Do yourself a favor and choose a bank that values its customers and provides efficient service!

I’ve had a frustrating experience with ADCB’s credit card. I missed the full payment for one month, but I made the minimum payment. The next month, the bank charged me a finance fee of 870 AED. The following month, I paid the full outstanding amount before the due date, but they still charged me 359 AED in finance fees.
Despite sending multiple emails to their customer service, the issue remains unresolved. Over time, I’ve lost nearly 1,200 AED due to these unjust charges.
To anyone considering applying for an ADCB credit card, think twice! This bank is not transparent with their finance charges, and it’s been an incredibly stressful experience trying to resolve this.
Please be cautious and consider other options before getting involved with ADCB!
