My Experience
In the main the process was very good but for people who have literacy problems and limited IT skills the process requires a lot of help from others.

Words can’t explain how this company…
Words can’t explain how this company are making my adhd worse!!!! Honestly after what happened this morning I’m fuming!! I feel like doing something stupid!!’ After deciding last month I wanted to start on adhd meds again after I was left for two weeks last year with no medication, I had a call from a clinician last month and because I’m on a lot of other medication they had to speak to the team leader and arranged another call for this morning. I had to hang up the phone because I’m so angry. She told me they need a letter from my cardiology team to say there happy for me to start medication (EVEN THO THEY ALREADY HAD THE GO AHEAD FROM MY CARDIOLOGIST AND GP LAST YEAR HENSE WHY I WAS PREVIOUSLY GIVEN TREATMENT!!!!) so now yet again I’ve got to make calls, send emails , and fight for another letter which takes even more time!!!’ EVEN THO THEYVE ALREADY RECEIVED THIS LETTER!! LAST YEAR!!!! All it is with this company is just a fight!!!! They literally are making me ILL. I’m sick of it!!!!!!!! I put the phone down earlier and haven’t had a call back and tried to call them but couldn’t understand a word the women was saying as she wasn’t English. This place are ruining my life.

The clinician at ADHD 36O was really helpful and listened. He helped me have more of an understanding about my self. The medication wait was not long, it was about a week after a diagnosis that I received it.

Wow what can I say Joanne she was very professional but also very caring and kind and will listen to everything, very informative
Wow what can I say Joanne she was perfect, calmed me down straight away out me at ease noticed I was getting nervous, but was listening to me, explained, overall I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, commutations was on point explained again when I didn’t hear happy to repeat the sentience again we had a laugh to that calmed me calmed me down to even more, but very professional as-well and very knowledgable thank you Joanne can’t wait for the next appointment sorry may I also add adhder 360 was also impeccable at every way of the step to, answered all my questions when I called up, kept me up to date when I need to sign into my journal that saved me many times!
