Cannot recommend enough...! Every step of the assessment/diagnosis/titration I have been supported. I felt seen and understood (very rare when you have adhd). Fabulous company and wonderful staff

The staff were very helpful and checked on me regularly. I have received a diagnosis, which has been the cause of many issues throughout my life. This has given me a greater understanding of behaviours and choices that I have made in my past and supported me to understand and move forward, to a more positive future. (The medication has supported me in my marriage and day to day life).

I’ve had a really positive experience with ADHD 360 so far. The whole process has felt straightforward and easy to follow, which made something that could have been quite overwhelming feel a lot more manageable.

One of the things they do well is how thorough they are during the assessment. They take the time to understand your symptoms properly and give you the space to explain your experience instead of rushing through it. I also found the communication clear and professional, and the platform itself is simple to use.

What stood out most to me was feeling listened to. Being able to talk about how things affect my day to day life without feeling judged made a big difference.

If I had one suggestion, it would be to provide a bit more guidance around medication options and what to expect, especially for people who are new to treatment. Overall though, it has been a supportive and well organised service and I would recommend it to others looking for an ADHD assessment.

The whole process was really straight forward and I didn’t have any issues. The RTC process only took 6 months from referral to diagnosis. Joyt was so lovely and made me feel at ease during the assessment, she was empathetic and never made me feel uncomfortable. I should get my medication within a week, much faster than others I researched.

The consultation was supportive, clear and was not too lengthy. Using the initial virtual assessment, with the Microsoft teams consultation, I was given a diagnosis promptly following the final assessment. I wasn’t sure if I wanted medication straight away and Alison was understanding and recommended we revisit in a couple of weeks time. Giving me time to reflect on the diagnosis and consider the pros and cons and do some personal research to reconvene and make a decision.

My 15 year old Daugter was referred and diagnosed in 4 months. The communication was really good throughout. Emma did the assessment and she was lovely, explained everthing and made the experience stress free.

The woman (Juliette) who did my assessment was so lovely and understanding and validated me the w whole way through the assessment. There was nothing more she could have done to make me feel comfortable. For something so scary, she really helped :)

Felt listened too and understood , very friendly and approachable,didn't feel uncomfortable at all speaking about any challenges I have.

Masimba was so helpful. Leading up to this assesment I had a lot of anxiety but he made it so smooth and he was so easy to talk to.

Good communication throughout, waiting time was very reasonable the assessment process was thorough.
Option of medication and prescription was immediate.

We had an assessment for my 16 year old son with Andrew Roberts and it was positive brilliant for my son to actually be heard he was very comfortable talking to Andrew he was very professional calm and clear with his questions an absolute pleasure to talk to very quickly put my son at ease and understood him which is worth so much to us my son was diagnosed and medication was discussed and we were given full control over what we /my son wanted to decide to do ie start the medication postpone or none my son decided he wanted to try medication and it was completely explained along with any possible side effects best ways of taking meds etc
I would definitely recommend Andrew Roberts for adhd assessment my son is so happy and so are the family to at last for him to be heard From start to diagnosis it took 6 months which is excellent. You have the use of an app and a portal to sign into very easy to navigate

Very happy with my experience. I felt listened to and understood. Helen was very warm and made the whole experience feel very validating.

From the beginning to the point of diagnosis was really quick, much quicker than I had anticipated. The communication from ADHD 360 has been consistent, they sent reminders regularly, which I found helpful. They were thorough in their onboarding process and always very helpful whenever I called to ask any questions.
The person conducting the assessment, Kerry-Anne, was very friendly and professional, she helped my daughter feel at ease and comfortable during the assessment. Everything felt seamless and easy.

I have just had my assessment for ADHD with a delightful man called Masimba. I was told these assessments can be brutal, but my experience couldn't be further from that.
I am flooded with relief and gratitude. He was so kind, knowledgeable and understanding. He explained the results of the filmed tests I had completed some months ago, as well as all my written responses. We spent time going through more questions and he was able to give me my results immediately. I would throughly recommend ADHD 360 to anyone. Thank you for listening, hearing and understanding me.

I had my adhd assessment with Adam this morning, he made me feel at ease and explained everything very well. I am really happy with how it went and the process of it all. I would definitely recommend adhd360 to any one thinking of having an assessment.
