We worked with Adible for a little over 12 months until we found that Google had suspended our account and they had repeatedly ignored warnings from Google that this was about to happen. The sheer incompetence of it all was so frustrating. We've been down now for nearly 2 months and only recently were we able to get the account back live. Adible were given several warnings that there were some issues in the Ads account which they sadly did nothing with at all.

Their prices are cheap and it shows. Real lack of accountability and ownership of an avoidable problem that lost us thousands in missed sales.

Adible made a lot of promises that they will get better performance than I was getting previously. It was evident from the start that they were using a lot of automation in the campaigns and just using Google to manage everything. At no stage was it made clear this is what they would be doing. If I wanted Google to do everything then why would I need them? The level of communiction with the account managers was also poor and never pro-active. Seems they are like all agencies these days, promse the earth and deliver nothing.
