When I took out the insurance I requested documents to be sent by post never received them phoned again still not received i would think a company like admiral would do what a paying customer requested ,also the quote for renewal is a lot more compared to other company's for both those reasons I will not be renewing again with admiral

No option to Cancel auto renewal.

Only issue with them is they make it so hard to cancel auto-renewal that you'd feel not worth the hassle. This is very low technic and deserve 1 star only for that. Better fix your website next time.

Poor cancellation process and lack of transparency

My experience with this company has been very disappointing, particularly around policy cancellation and billing.

My policy was cancelled immediately after a missed payment, without any reasonable grace period or opportunity to resolve the issue. Despite the policy being cancelled from the start of the month, I was still charged a full instalment plus a cancellation fee, which was not clearly explained at the time of purchase.

When I contacted support, I was given inconsistent explanations about “time on cover” and how charges were calculated. However, no clear breakdown was provided showing how the final amount was actually worked out on a daily basis. Instead, I was repeatedly told I owed the amount without proper transparency.

I would not recommend based on my experience with how cancellations and charges are handled.
