Demoted to Petty Officer…

Not a very good first experience with Admiral. Call handler, it was blamed on ‘technical issues’ dropped call just as I was about to pay after being on the line for 42 minutes. I rang back and had to go through the same nonsense again only to be told the call handler would ring me back. He did, three times, only due to more ‘technical issues’ he muted the call so I couldn’t hear anything. Third time I got through I was asked for the same details AGAIN and I told them not to bother and hung up. I was extremely frustrated by this stage however they did ring back, got insurance sorted and a complaint was raised which was resolved quickly hence my three stars.
I think I’d demote Admiral to ‘Petty Officer’ at best.

Rubbish tried to book travel insurance…

Rubbish tried to book travel insurance with 25% discount got nowhere , even locked me out of my account reset utter shambles . Contacted office who finally advised that unable to quote cover with pre existing medical conditions. BUT nowhere did I advise this hours wasted. !!!!
