Good and affordable bike, satisfied customer!

I've owned the Air 28 Pro since July. I have now cycled more than 1400 km and feel as happy as a child every day.

Exactly what I hoped

Gear shifting is smooth. The assistance is enough to climb decent slopes. The dampened fork is clearly a must on cobbled stones roads.

Unexpected perfection

Excellent Bike

Tried other e-bikes from well-known manufacturers but didn't get the same torque as the Beast 20F. The build quality is excellent and worth the money.

terrible

Good morning!

Do not make the mistake of buying this bike, the quality standard is very poor.... Chinese product at a gold price.

As some of you have followed here I bought a 20 PRO, from the first day it had failures, it took 4 months to give me a solution, they sent me a new used bike ... with different parts and it costs MUCH more to pedal, to the point that some of the same slopes that I did with the first bike is impossible to climb them from a standing position.

What's the solution? That I send them the bike paying the 100€ shipping costs and they give me back 50% of the money.

Do not be fooled, look at European brands or serious brands like ENGWE or FIIDO.

Beast

Customer service is one of the best I have dealt with. The beast e-bike is excellent. Unpacked with no problems, no adjustment required to the gears, all worked perfectly.

A special e-bike

I totally love my new ADO bike. Last month I saw someone passing me by with no effort. After doing my research on e-fold bikes, I was sure that I wanted the new ADO Air 20s because all the reviews were good, and it looks just so sleek! I tried it and love it!

Ghosted by Customer Service, AGAIN!

Received an Air 20 Pro that had assembly issues that needed to be corrected. Got approval from ADO Support to have a bike shop do the work and they said I would be reimbursed. I submitted the receipt on September 6th and am writing this on October 13th. I have had absolutely no communication from them since , even though I followed up. I would not recommend anyone in the United States purchase one of their bikes based on customer service alone.
Update: ADO did eventually reimburse me in full after this review. I’ve since had another issue and was ghosted AGAIN. My communication was interrupted when I had to travel to another state to care for a brother who had a heart attack. When I got back to dealing with my own life, I again get no response from ADO.

Great bike overall

The build quality is on point. The saddle is uncomfortable. But overall a great bike after you change the saddle. I get around 65km range with moderate hills and flat terrain on step 2 assist.

First class service, I can't fault it.

When I decided to get an ebike ADO stood out. To be honest I'd never heard of them, but the Ado a20f beast was the ebike I wanted. I read reviews, watched countless videos online trying to find something to change my mind but I couldn't find it. So I bought it. The ADO a20f Beast. I found their company service so helpful and friendly and I was kept up to date with every step of the purchase and delivery. The bike itself is extremely well made and robust, very comfortable and easy to ride and most importantly. It is so much fun. Thank you ADO for making my first ebike purchase a very pleasant experience.
