And you do not solve anything, every day you tell me a different thing and you have already lied to me several times.... They told me that the parts had arrived at the warehouse and that they were sending them to me, then you they were going to take the wheel off a bike in stock to send it to me etc. etc. etc.
I think you are pulling my leg. Do you really think that after paying 1,500 euros, I am going to accept a USED bike?
After THREE MONTHS I believe that you have no intention of repairing it, so I have decided to file a formal complaint to the European import and export court because you are not complying with the guarantees, nor with the times.
I always spoke very well of you, but I was wrong and of course I will try to warn people in the different Facebook groups so that they do not make the same mistake.

The Air 20 is great for daily trips around town. It's comfortable and rides smoothly, but the battery could last a bit longer.

Still waiting on a part 3 months later, nobody in charge of this company, sent me another link to follow the parts progress, the link before was a lie because it didn't arrive and the person in support tood me it was out of stock, DO not buy their bikes you will not get parts, believe the 33 per cent complaints here, lies lies lies, since my previous complaint nothing done, bike useless sitting in a shed

After lot discussion and explaining the issue the support team agreed and accepted the bike issues and they are ready to replace the bike. As my previous post the support is good hopefully the new bike ( replacement bike) will have no problem lets see i keep the review updated

Bought- February 2024
Well, where do I even start? Buying this bike has got to be the worst decision I've ever made—like, ever. From day one, it’s been a nonstop comedy of errors, except I’m not laughing. First, there were the battery issues. They sent me not one, but two replacement batteries one of which didn't worked 🙁 hence 2 sent back the failed once,which took a grand total of two months. Then, just when I thought I might actually get to ride this thing, the pedals decided they’d had enough. I bought another pedal sturdy but support also sent one more i dont use those now ( fortunately i wasn't hurt)
But wait, there's more! The motor up and died on me( classic E08 error all removing connector stuff didn't worked). Then after 1-1.5 months of waiting (thanks to some warehouse drama in China), they finally sent a replacement motor.
I was feeling cautiously optimistic until I realized the new motor has this fun little feature where the freewheel rubs. And now, surprise, surprise—they need to send me yet another motor, but ofcourse it’s out of stock, and I’ve already been waiting a month.
My summer dreams of cruising around 😱have turned into a nightmare of paying private bike mechanic 💰💰for (ADO)that seems to think its customers are beta testers.
I’m seriously considering filing a complaint with the consumer protection agency in Sweden because, honestly, who wouldn’t at this point? The support team at ado exists, sure, but I don’t want a bike that’s constantly breaking down. I’ve even asked for a refund, and of course, they said, “Nope, not possible.” I’m beyond exhausted—I bought this disaster back in February 2024, and I’m starting to wonder if I’ll ever actually get to ride it.
I gave 2 star not for the bike but some support i got. But my bike is still in garage.
Ado support now wants to take the bike to German worshop i m in Sweden to fix all the issues if any. That means 2 more months ( my assumptions)and this is how my warranty will exhaust. Why they can't replace the issue prone bike its company policy they say.. Ideally company policy should be giving quality product?

Great bike for a good price, very solid with a nice display and a handy battery built into the frame. All parts are well finished. Reasonably easy to install and was delivered well packaged within 5 days. Good communication through the ADO bike site. Highly recommended for someone looking for an affordable and solid E bike for city traffic.

I've been riding my Air 20 Pro for about a month now, and it's been pretty comfortable with decent hill-climbing power. The only thing that bugged me was how long the accessories took to arrive, but at least they got here safely in the end.

I bought two ado a20+ bikes for myself and wife, absolutely love them and would until my brake fault purchase again, EXCEPT for the customer service and for this reason I wouldn't recommend. We use our bikes to commute to work, brilliant you arrive at work without feeling sweaty. However my brake handle snapped on the 28 june 24, I attempted to get the part on their website, it doesn't allow delivery to UK. I contacted customer service, nothing, sent more emails, then I received an email from customer service giving me another email to contact. Nothing, no reply, went back to customer service, finally a response with a link to order the part. What fool devised this system, you visit the site and..."Quote" -- ,"The price of A20 brake handle (a pair) is 25 euros

Customer service is terrible - bike is ok
For the price you pay isn't worth it, the seats are uncomfortable, chain doesn't have a guard so your work trousers will get caught and ruined.
I would've preferred a basic bike to this Ado air 20s

I don't understand the negative reviews about ADO support, because for me it has been amazing so far. They usually reply within 1 day. The first time I needed them was when some bolts were missing for the rear bike rack and mud fender set I ordered. They shipped a *whole new set* without charge. The second time was when my battery would no longer charge to 100%. First they sent me a new battery, again at no charge. It turned out it wasn't the battery (which is great by the way), but the charger! (They told me to do some tests with a power meter, and voila). Received a new charger within a week, all problems solved.

I received the newly launched Air Carbon as I supported their kickstarter campaign. I believed in the product and in their marketing information. If you are thinking of buying this bike you need to be careful about a few things:
1) The bike does not ship with a Samsung battery which was a huge reason why I bought it. This is instead made by DMEGC, whoever they are. After my query to their customer service, they sent me a picture of the Samsung battery this should be shipping with.
2) The bike does not come with a bike stand which I was instead led to believe was under development and would be included in the final product.
3) The customer service is unable to give me an ETA for the accessories I bought and did not receive.
4) The turn by turn navigation is not working, it gets stuck after the first instruction.
5) Finally as a backer of the campaign I believe that I got a much of a worse deal and product than advertised, lesser quality components, missing parts, and was misled by the marketing campaign promoting a 37% price reduction, which obviously is still not the case. They say that they are now selling it at a 'launch price' but cannot say until when this is valid. By the way this is illegal practice in Europe. Upon request to the customer service, they claim that this is much cheaper that the Carbo ebike, which they then claim not being affiliated to their company.
They still have not got back to me after raising these issues. Be careful.

Ado air 20, only a few months and very little use, the pedal fell off ? Luckily I wasn't on a busy road when it happened, I messaged ado via Amazon and WhatsApp as requested, and incredibly slow response to an issue that should have been resolved quickly as I need my bike, the pedal won't screw back on, which is not acceptable for new bike, I will update as soon as they respond? And give feedback in regards to this issue being resolved or not. It's deeply frustrating. I will consider deleting my review if something positive is done by ado in regards to this issue.
