Horrible service!

I placed an order on December 9, 2022. My projected delivery date was December 14-15. Never received the item. On December 21, I received an email that stated they were out of stock and they had just shipped my order with a free bottle. No apology, nothing. All the email stated, was the following...

"Your order was late due to being out of stock I just shipped your order now and gave you one free bottle"

Fast forward Jan. 4, I still have never received this package and now will be filing a chargeback. I replied to the email on December 31 asking where this item was because they never showed a tracking number. I never received a response from that email, which leads me to believe they never shipped the product.

Update: I filed a dispute with PayPal and received a refund.
