Started getting hounded after not even 24hrs to log onto a portal that wouldn't allow me to log on and accept some T&C's... after 48hrs started getting phone calls and messages saying my policy was going to be cancelled if I didn't log in.

I travel alot for work so don't get heaps of time so them only being open during short business hours definitely doesn't help any situation as struggled to get hold of them.

When I finally did the very helpful guy told me this is something I would have had to call for them to fix due to my email being set up with thier own bike insurance company so it had a melt down trying to set me up on the car side.... but I'm the one being hounded and threatened to have my policy cancelled??

Sorted now and sad when I've had alot of vehicles over the years insurance with these guys and this is just cover that cost £100 and for one of my cars to sit and do nothing in a locked garage.... mental.

Safe to say I won't be using them again.

Phoned up and almost instantly a real person picked up.

The young lady I spoke with was extremely helpful, friendly, and efficient.

Unimpressed. Bought a better priced policy than the one I was offered on renewal with my existing car insurer, but once I got an online quote, I couldn't buy it and had to ring up. Once I'd gone through the exact same details on the phone as online, the quote was more expensive so it very much felt like a ploy of some sort to quote cheap online then get you on the phone and bump it up after you've queued for an hour.
I bought it but once I got the documents through there were a series of errors on the Statement of Fact. I rang back to query these and the agent was rude, hostile and very much sought to blame me rather that apologise for the errors of the previous agent, then she hung up on me.
I have the policy and it's the first time I've used a broker but I won't be using this broker again, for sure. All feels like one big scam.

The call tracker was brilliant very calm and asked me explain y we whent to Adrian flux to insure my mini r50 with the modifications I hade made and understood exactly what I was telling her so I was very happy to go with Adrian flux I told her I am dislesick and find this proses very hard to do so thank you very much to your excellent staff

I bought temporary insurance, had a glitch in buying the car, but found no refund was available. £65 spent for nothing.
They won't get the chance to quote for my 4 classic cars next renewal time!

They are a money grab business they dont care about customer service they lie and state online they insure criminal records but when you apply or phone they dont give you a qoate they just want low risk insure they aint for the people very judgemental amd very unprofessional unpleasant customer service, people like myself want to change and these are the reasons we cant i will be recommending to everyone I know not to go for this company absolute shambles advertising you take convictions but actually dont

The entire process was seamless and very easy with a customer-first approach. It was nice to actually talk to someone instead of an online quotation process. This is still essential for some people. I would highly recommend. Thank you.

Recieved a quote after filling in all my details online. Was asked to call the office for a better quote. I called was on the phone over half an hour even though all my details were on the quote. The guy gave me the exact same quote even though I told him I was getting a quote £600 cheaper, he actually asked how does that sound to you. Do I need to say what was going through my mind...
