Exceptional Service

I like to Thank Adrian and his team for looking after my mum and going out of his way to look after us at this sad time.
He has a way of making you feel so comfortable like he is family but being professional at the same time . He gave us advice and changed anything for us to suit our needs.
He is a genuine thoughtful caring person who puts you at ease through this difficult time.
He made mums funeral feel so special in every way and everyone commented how beautiful the service was and that it was one of the best funerals they have been too.
A special thank you to Maria who done the service with compassion and care .
Adrian arrange for a BSL signer for my son to understand , the horses and carriage was absolutely beautiful .
We didn’t have to worry about anything on the day , Adrain and the team took care of everything and especially took care of us.
His attention to detail just made my mums day so special.
It was just perfect .

Our beloved Nan passed away in a carehome, we live outside of London, I contacted the undertakers (one of the national companies) and to say I was horrified at their attitude is an understatement. We decided to look at other funeral directors and contacted Adrian Moore Funerals, and I am so thankful we did! Adrian helped us every step of the way and compared to the other company was like night and day.

The team of gentleman on the day of the funeral were also exceptional and very smartly dressed, again headed up by Adrian himself.

We used Adrian and his team to arrange the funeral for my father. I am so thankful for the care and attention that they gave us. Nothing was too much trouble and they were able to accommodate our requirements right down to our finest detail, and there were a few! It was such confusing time for us all and Adrian was able to help us through it all and made it seem so simple. Especially with everything being so different due to lockdown and funerals being restricted, which had added to our anxiety. He took the stress off us as a grieving family and managed it all brilliantly.
