We have been a customer of this company since 2006 and, for many years, placed significant and regular orders. Our order volume naturally reduced in recent years due to changes in our business direction, but we continued to treat the company with respect and loyalty.

Unfortunately, the service we received in return has declined sharply. Over the past few years we have repeatedly encountered a very cold and dismissive attitude, particularly from a staff member named Rory. During our most recent interaction, after raising concerns about the tone of communication, we were told that we “do not order enough” and were reminded of historic late payments, which were used as justification for demanding payment in advance.

Although we completed the order due to urgency, this experience confirmed that our long‑standing relationship is no longer valued. As a result, we will be removing all of this company’s products from our website and will not be placing any further orders.

A disappointing end to what was once a positive partnership.

The Security Engineer- Paul Pickwick was absolutely brilliant.

He was professional, thorough, polite, fast in his duties and a great communicator. Though things were quiet technical that he was fixing, he signposted to me each important step of what he was doing, why he was doing and how long he would take.

He spent his time economically and strategically to ensure that all the were done that were necessary in the shortest amount of time.

I recommend ADT security cameras to everyone and anyone if all the company's staff are like Paul!

Security system installed today (30/6/22) by Glen Clarke who was most professional. The work was completed following a full discussion to ensure that the work was to be carried out how we wanted it. Glen offered his advice on all aspects before and during the installation explaining what he was doing and why. Following completion he fully explained the operation of the equipment ensuring we were fully competent before he left . He was very polite throughout and an ambassador for ADT.
