Tyres look fine. Driving experience for now is enjoyable. Only balancing the tyres in workshop before mounting them took more extra weight on a wheels than usual.

Uniroyal rain tires are excellent quality for the money.

Good prices, fast handing over to transportation company (tires came later than planned, but DPD issue), good explanations on the homepage. Just an international version of the homepage in English would be nice.

I ordered two Pirelli 255/50/19 with seal inside when the tyres were delivered both tyres did not have seal inside very disappointing

I ordered a set of alloy wheels, of which two already had paint defects upon delivery (not a transport issue, but apparently a manufacturing/paint defect).

The wheels were delivered directly to a workshop and mounted there. During the installation, the defects were immediately noticed and reported right away.

However, the complaint was rejected outright, referring to an internal 4-day reporting deadline. In practice, this is not realistic when items – as in my case – are delivered directly to a workshop and can only be properly inspected there.

Additionally, this was clearly a defect already present at the time of delivery, which should fall under statutory warranty and not depend on such internal deadlines.

What was particularly disappointing was the way the customer service handled the situation: very unfriendly, no willingness to offer any goodwill solution, and the case was simply closed without any real review.

Overall, I cannot recommend buying from this company under these circumstances and would not order from them again.
