The truck driver lied 2 consecutive days about trying to do a pick up. The company claimed they could not do the pick up due to numbers not matching on the forms so we called the dock and turns out they never showed up on either day. They just straight up lied. This has screwed up our own business since we relied on the pick up for our inputs. Rebranding suggestion: A Dumb Pyle of Lying Sh*t. Avoid this company because they don't care at all about their customers or their customer's business.

I was incredulous to discover that this company refuses to give cell phones to drivers, which means they won't call when they arrive with a delivery. The company instead expects you to stand in the street for potentially the entire 8 hour delivery window. The driver is instructed to wait only 10 minutes, so you have to be watching continuously the whole time. Woe is you if you have to deal with an ill timed call of nature. This is beyond ludicrous. I arranged for a "will call" pickup at their Bronx depot instead. Needless to say I will not willingly do business with this company again, and cannot recommend them to anyone else.

A. duie pyle Shipping company is the best shipping company experience we have had through out our renovations. We ordered a large item from Build.com and Build.com used this company to ship the item via freight to our Apt building. Well... not only were they 99% responsive to phone calls (unlike every single other freight company we've had) But they delivered the item on the day they promised... a little later then expected but still! And the guy who made the delivery got the item out of the truck himself ( we have had 3 drivers from other companies ask for my husband to come into the back of the truck to help) ... not this guy! he managed to get everything out and ready for us to sign the paper and continue on with our day. Honestly I wish I remembered this guys name to give him a shout out for being so efficient and quick. Overall if you have a choice, go with this company! they actually pick up the phone when you call, have real time updates online and are polite and professional. And this applies to the drivers as well.
